Campsite holiday rentals in North Holland

We had a wonderful time at the caravan of Nils and Femke.. There is everything you need. The contact to Nils and Femke was very friendly and nice and the place is just marvelos. Once in a while you see a rabbit.The atmosphere in the whole Caravan Park ist so friendly and nice specially for children. we just loved our vacation at your place thanks a lot Nils and Femke. 5 stars

If you are looking for an alternative accomodation, not too far from the city and want to experience farm life or love to horse riding, this is the right place for you. Do not expect something luxurious here as it's a very simple place, but nice people and interesting community. It's perfect if you have dogs as they can walk freely and it's not dangerous for them as the road is far away from the farm. Thanks Stefan. Flora and the two dogs.

This was our second stay at the caravan.. loved it both times. Cycling into Amsterdam centre was about 30 minutes and we hired bikes. Was great to relax on the farm in the evening after a long day in the centre. I asked for some milk and got it fresh from the farmer for our coffee. Highly recommend!

with kids in the caravan was super. The area is so beautiful....robins , bunnies, silence (occasionally a plane) you can go to the fine beach of castricum by the sea (10 minutes by bike) clean toilet sticks. You can rent bicycles for the children and go-karts. Playground and nice activities.

We enjoyed Michelle's place very much. Very good and comfortably furnished, plenty of space and everything you need was available. Really great. The location is also really great. We would mist definitely visit again.

The campsite and the accommodation are very nice, lots of greenery, dune path to the beach, shopping on site. The contact with Eva was friendly and straightforward. We had a wonderful vacation.

the caravan is beautifully situated on the edge of the campsite, only birdsong and greenery. The laundry house is still close enough. Everything you need is there. We had flowers on the table as a welcome, felt very comfortable.

Lovely place within the dunes. Many families on the camping site where the pipowagen is located. Our children made friends very easily and loved to play on the playground nearby. We liked walking to the wonderful beach of Sint Martenszee.

The stay was great, The place is super quiet and pleasant. It is 20 min walking to Almere Poort station. From there take the central Amsterdam train and in 30 minutes you arrive in the centre of Amsterdam. Around the Tenda there are supermarkets, restaurants and bars. You can swim in the pool and ride a canoe. The tent we are in is spacious, accommodates 6 adults easily and has everything you need. The bathroom is great, kitchen equipped, the beds are comfortable and the fireplace works perfectly. The interior lighting of the tent could be better, but this did not hinder our stay. We love the place and will certainly be back.

Wonderful dune campsite, enough privacy and nice reception and catering

It was another very nice stay!. The tent is perfect for 2 people. The only thing we sometimes missed was a closet to store our clothes. We stayed for 12 days and in October you will bring some sweaters. Furthermore, it was very nice to have your own toilet and the shower opportunity on the terijn was very nice, Clean and spacious. Ingrid offered to stay in a warmer cottage because of the cold weather, which we found very thoughtful! Thank you for this great stay and see you next time.

We had a gorgeous stay, the location was perfect and the tent super clean and exactly what we needed. It’s a lovely 15-20 minute walk through the dunes to the beach where you also find a lovely restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

We had two beautiful days in Sint Martensvlotburg. The place was as shown on the pictures. Functional with a small heater that we always had to turn on in the evening. But it quickly heated up the whale. It was fun to stay there.

This is our second time staying with Ingrid! A great point of contact for an uncomplicated stay on the island with dog :)

We came from France and the place was very pleasant host very welcoming despite the language barrier, we were able to understand this. I really recommend it. On the other hand, beware of mosquitoes there are many. Other than that it was a great stay close to animals and nature.

Heidi's place is nothing short of superb — the quiet atmosphere and breathtaking views were exactly what we were looking for. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. We will definitely be back

Nice caravan located in a peaceful place. Small, but with the necessary comfort. Brazier and BBQ available in the small private garden. Separate shower and toilet but practical and very clean. The only downside is that the bed is a little tight if you are tall. It's also a shame that Chantal wasn't there to welcome us... For the rest, we will be happy to come back 😀

Very pleasant stay. Pepijn was really very friendly and accommodating. The area is a really peaceful and beautiful area. The tent was pleasantly large and the sofa bed was amazingly comfortable. Highly recommended!

Best holiday/short break I've had for years. Quiet, peaceful and full of wildlife. Really hadn't anticipated seeing so many animals and birds on such a patch of land, but it was a joy to experience. Erwin was welcoming, amiable and clear in what was needed to be done viz. the cabin and entering/leaving the farm. Amsterdam Central takes about an hour to reach on the 391 bus and is fairly easy to navigate to from the accommodation.

We spent a night with 3 people in a tent. This was very spacious. The advantage was that we had nice weather and therefore could sit outside at the picnic table. this tent was really something different for us, normally a hotel or challet, but this experience was super fun. especially because you could see the air from inside the tent. wonderful to wake up! went by bike to the beach, 10 min away. rented at the campsite.

We had a wonderful stay in the vintage camper which was quite charming. Ellen and her husband were super hospitable and the recommendations for things to do in the area were spot on and made our days quite fun. The farm animals were friendly and were happy to be pet. Would definitely stay with them again!

Absolutely charming (and huge!) island in a gorgeous part of Holland. Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful retreat in the countryside - the hottub was an absolute dream! Eva and Marten were exceptionally helpful throughout the stay. Very easy to get to Amsterdam and any other place you'd like to visit as it's well connected via public transport, but do note that you need to be back at the island before sundown as you cannot navigate to it with the motorboat at night (so don't expect to have a rowdy night in Amsterdam before heading home!) A few things that I'd like to make obvious in case it's not obvious from the listing: 1) Island is in the middle of nowhere, which is perfect, but I didn't realise it was a proper 10-15 boat ride from mainland. Absolutely fine phone/signal reception. 2) Outside shower only, and it ain't warm. 3) Wood is priced at about £8 a bag. 4) Other than the barbecues, there isn't much to cook with. 5) Two wonderful restaurants in Vinkeveen!
