Monthly Rentals in North Brookfield

Just as described. Host was very responsive and kept me up to date with any maintenance issues inside/outside that were going to be taken care of. I work nights and was respectful of my schedule as they could be. Location was beautiful rural farm land. Closest to town for what I was willing to pay. 25 min drive to Utica. Just to add about the weather in the winter. The surrounding hwy are fairly well maintained. But sometimes in early mornings when I got off work the plows had not made it yet for first pass. Or it snowed so much they haven’t made it back for another pass. Just an FYI so anyone doesn’t find out the hard way like I did. Thank god for 4wheel drives.

This is my second stay at Melinda and Kim’s Airbnb. They are the most wonderful hosts, and the place is beautiful and comfy. Melinda goes above and beyond with everything she does.

This was our second time staying at the schoolhouse. Dianne was extremely responsive and helpful, and recommend the schoolhouse for anyone looking to stay near Waterville.

Great stay all around. Check-in was very easy with good communication. House was clean and comfortable with all the necessities plus nice extra touches to make us feel at home (like fresh eggs in the fridge). One-floor layout was a nice plus when traveling with a young child. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!
