Kid-friendly holiday rentals in North Bergen

This was a perfect overnight, peaceful and located right next to the park. Great views across the Hudson just a short walk away. Bus stop nearby. Room was good and excellent bathroom facilities. JC was the perfect host, very helpful instructions and communication throughout. would highly recommend:)

The Airbnb is beautiful. A lot of charm and super walkable to many places! Beautiful big park nearby for kids & not far to travel into city. We had multiple families stay here and my 2 & 5 year old in particular loved the third floor room , very spacious and king size mattress lower to floor if you have small children. The house came with all the amenities we needed. The one thing that I think is important to note is that the house is kind of tilted (for lack of better terms). We had a pregnant person with us and someone who has vertigo… they were able to manage fine thankfully but it def can throw you off balance at times. I think this is worth mentioning in the bio so people are aware when renting. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Overall, I think it’s worth it and the price was very reasonable for how large the property is and how many people it can accommodate.

Very cozy, clean room with a mini-fridge and filtered water. They just put a new memory foam mattress on the bed, which was very comfortable. Stella was quick to respond to messages and very kind and accommodating. It was so nice to come back to this very private and quiet room after a long day out in the city! Within walking distance of several metro stations.

We had a great stay! Great location and very clean space. It was about a 10 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you into Port Authority bus station which is about a 10 minute walk from time square. There was also local restaurants and shops nearby which was convenient for breakfast and buying things that we forgot to bring with us. The host was very nice and responsive. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone!

Odalis is a very kind and caring, I've got sick on the third day and she took care of me like if i was her own son and made sure i was okay on each day, thank you for everything and I'll definitely be back again for sure.

Lovely, comfortable accommodation unit, in a quiet location, within reasonable travelling distance of Manhattan, and also near some local shops (Guttenberg) for essentials. There is an awesome view of Manhattan skyline around the corner from the accommodation, which I loved. Possibly the best view of the Manhattan skyline that I saw. If I ever come back to New York again, I would be happy to stay here again.

Nice comfy place, relaxing and good food around ..

Solid place for two to three people on a budget that want to be relatively close to Manhattan. Melissa did a good job describing transit options. There is a bus stop down the block that goes to Port Auth Bus Terminal in ~30 minutes. There is free street parking but it is very scarce! Overall, enjoyed staying there.

We enjoyed every minute of this stay! The beds were the comfiest we’ve ever stayed in! The home was clean. Cute. Charming. Kristen communicated very quickly! Would for sure stay here again! Highly recommend!

I think this is my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Clean, spacious, comfortable, updated amenities, modern, quiet neighborhood, beautiful home. I would’ve been content w never leaving lol We enjoyed our stay sooo much, I was very sad to leave. The host was extremely kind and communicative. I didn’t have a single issue. I’m very thankful to have had this home be apart of such a fun experience and now my favorite memory! Thank you so much!!!!

We had a super good stay. Some people write that the ceiling is low. For us, it wasn't a problem, and one of us is 197cm and the other pregnant. The only small thing is that the apartment got really hot if not the wind was running. But the fans that were available coped with that issue. All in all, a really nice place! We will definitely come back if we have to visit New York/New Jersey again.

Great place to stay while visiting family. As I grew up in the area I know my way around, but easy to get around for anyone! The bay is a beautiful site when you walk up the block. There are many places to visit in walking distance as well as plenty of transportation choices withing walking distance. Plenty of places to eat as well, with many different choices of food. Nice private quite apartment, I will be staying again in the Fall.

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

This Airbnb was perfect for our needs! It was clean, comfortable, and close to public transit. AJ was easy to get a hold of and he even brought us chargers twice. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, too. There are lots of options to eat around the place.

Being welcomed by the entire family to getting end to end support during the stay, it was a great experience staying at this bnb .. amazing view , kitchen fully stacked , very prompt response , extremely helpful attitude… would recommend stay here if you want to be just around NYC but don’t want the hustle bustle of the city

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view of Lower Manhattan. The light rail is right in front, but very quiet. All essentials and more were there. Looks exactly like the photos. Very quiet building. The building requires a code to get in so it felt very secure. Area was very safe and walkable. The whole place was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I loved how there was a free designated parking spot for my car in the parking garage! Not something you see very often here! I loved my stay and would stay here again! The host was very responsive. Definitely recommend.
