Monthly Rentals in North Batemans Bay

The apartment was in a great location. Close to the Mogo bike trails (10 mins up the road) and across the road from the beach. The place was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Comfortable bed & good shower. Closest cafe was only 15 mins walk away. Happy to recommend for an early winter break.

Sharon was lovely to deal with. Very responsive from the start and always helpful. Responded always in a very timely manner. Sharon checked on us to ensure we got into the house without issue & had everything on hand we needed. The location and house was terrific - just perfect for us to catch up for a family event at Nelligen & have a lovely coastal drive. Sharon has thought of everything! An information pack on the home and the area. Little notations around the house to help us - from which switch is for what, wall holders and phone charges available throughout, bathroom facilities & little extras - all very thoughtful. Kitchen well stocked for easy use, just bring your food! A bit chilly for us to be outside too long, however, the pit fire we would use another time! Plenty of beds and bedding, such an easy house to be cosy in. Easy to heat during our stay & would be easy to cool in Summer too. Thankyou Sharon for allowing us to stay in your lovely home :)

We stayed at Jo’s place for three nights while we visited the area for a meeting. We travelled with our dog and had friends join us for a day. The house is exactly as advertised. It is located in a quiet and beautiful area and only a 5 minute walk from the closest beach. Bateman’s Bay is only a short drive away. The house is fully fenced for people bringing dogs. It is surrounded by a well maintained lush garden. It is warm, inviting, comfortable and very clean. It has three bedrooms, the kitchen is extremely well equipped for self catering and it has one large bathroom and toilets upstairs and down with the laundry. It also has a lovely covered deck with a bbq. The beds and lounge are super comfortable. Jo is a great host. She sent very clear instructions for accessing the property and offered suggestions for dining and things to do in the local area. During one of our days at the property it rained really heavily and Jo messaged us to make sure we were ok. Highly recommended by us.

House was as advertised in a quiet area. Walk across the bridge to the town centre was about 20 mins. We saw dolphins in the water. Pub/restaurant down the road called The Punt House had great views & delicious food. The Cullendulla Beach Track was also not far. Would stay again
