Peace and beauty of the place were amazing. The cabin is small but has what you need. Hosts are adorable and breakfast- simply perfect!

we absolutely loved our stay at the cabin, it was the perfect get-away. we stayed for four nights and could have stayed longer! How was extremely helpful and responsive. we canoed the upper buffalo and went on several hikes around :) highly recommend this spot for all nature lovers and environmental enthusiasts.

Everything we hoped for a weekend retreat. Who knew Paradise was in Rolla, MO?!’ Mike and Kate were amazing hosts—even bringing us some freshly baked cookies! The home is beautiful, the scenery is serene. We totally unplugged and lived in the moment! For birders, I recorded over 30 species of birds in a weekend! Will definitely come back!

The cabin was clean and comfortable for 3 ladies. The lake was quiet & very pretty with lots of wild life to admire. I would recommend this cabin for a Quiet getaway. 🙂 Otherwise, we fished, went to Rock City in Minneapolis, visited the Eisenhower Park, and enjoyed lots of good food in Abilene.

The place was beautiful. I stayed here with my husband and our dog, and it was perfect for us three. I would have appreciated more transparency on the listing with pet fees. I don’t mind paying pet fees, but I wasn’t aware of them until AFTER I booked the reservation. Other than that small thing, our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay.

What a gem of a place! If you are looking for a unique one-of-kind stine cabin experience, look no further. The place is ideal for off the grid getaway. Must-visit

The cabin was perfect and looked exactly like the photos. Lots of things to do outdoors which is great if you have kids and dogs. Gwen was an amazing host and very responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at The Owl’s Nest for a creative getaway, and it was exactly what I needed. The space was just as described, cozy, quiet, and full of charm. The host was amazing and very communicative. Thoughtful touches like fresh cinnamon rolls made the stay feel extra special. Highly recommend for anyone needing a peaceful retreat.

My wife and I had a great experience, and this was exactly what we were looking for! It felt secluded and was the perfect setting for us to relax and unwind. We loved our friendly visits from the animals, as well as enjoying coffee on the front porch while watching the sunset. The rooms were tidy and very well decorated, not to mention the bed slept AMAZING! We will most definitely book again in the future!

Before booking, I read a lot of reviews, and I kept seeing the word “beautiful” over and over again. The reviews were correct. It is beautiful! It’s a garden oasis with 13 acres to walk around. The B&B was clean, restful, and charming with lots of natural light. I was my own little world for 2 days. My only regret is not reserving for another night or two or three! It was hard to leave. Kris was working on the grounds the first morning I was there, and I saw her as I was taking a walk. I had a great talk with her, and she showed me around their event venue. Kris is very friendly and told me all about the community. It was nice to be in such a beautiful area and yet have the convenience of a grocery store, a coffee shop, a few restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a cute boutique within only a few minutes drive. I am a caretaker, so this was a respite for me, and I could not have chosen better. If you’re looking for a restful, peaceful getaway in nature, this is your place.

Very peaceful retreat! The natural pond/pool was beautiful. I wish we had better weather to enjoy it! Great location and hosts.

If you want to feel the serenity of outside inside, stay here! The views are gorgeous all the way around the home. You feel remote yet accessible to some charming small towns in the area. It’s such a win win! The home itself was beautiful and unique. I don’t know how we will top this place in the future.

I almost don’t want to write this review because I want to keep this place a secret. This was the 2nd time we stayed here and this solidified as my favorite rental I’ve ever booked. It’s perfect for a couple that wants to get away. It’s new, secluded, private, perfectly furnished, and the sauna is amazing. We will be making this an annual trip.

Very cute, modern, and small rustic cabin. Nice pond and on property amenities. Great customer service from hosts, responsive, no cleaning fees or unreasonable house rules and helpful when we had to cut a day off our trip. Cabin is an hour between Nashville and Mammoth Cave National Park, made a great couples get away weekend.

We had an amazing stay at the cabin. Being in the middle of nature was the best part. Sitting out on the patio at night and getting to look up at the stars is not something we get to see too often back home with city lights. Everything was exactly how described and David was very responsive when needed. We were traveling with our German shepherd and we are extremely grateful he got to join us this trip. There aren’t many airbnbs that allow pets but I’m sure glad this one does! Our fur baby was one less thing we had to worry about while gone because he was right by our side the whole time. Very surprised at how many dog friendly places there are in Fayetteville. Would highly recommend David’s place. Hope to come back and stay in one of his other locations very soon! Thank you David for everything! Can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect little cabin for my husband and I. Sleeping in the loft was just fine. Laura had everything we needed to cook. We felt right at home. The view was so beautiful and it was a nice quiet place. We loved it!!
