W Hotel with Hot Tub & $30k Showers & Relaxing Cabana

Embrace the alluring aesthetics of this completely revamped home. The property features contrasting textures and motifs, a monochromatic interior, chic furnishings and decor, and a Moroccan style outdoor cabana with entertainment system. This exquisite house just underwent a $110k full renovation in which we spared no expense. We ripped the house down to the studs and installed only the most high end bathroom and living room finish outs that dwarf even the nicest of luxury hotels. Imagine sitting on the marble bench in the master shower while getting drenched by the warm water gushing out of the six body jets that are aligned with the bench. Then stand under the drenching ceiling mounted rainfall shower head for a final refreshing cleanse. All the while, Philips LED app controlled mood lighting will make your worries melt away while listening to your favorite music from the in shower speaker. Both baths have LED back lit touch screen mirrors and LED Philips lighting under new contemporary vanities. We even thought of every last detail such as the in bathroom coffee maker so you don't even have to go to the kitchen to enjoy your first cup of the day. There is plenty of closet space and drawers for your clothes as well as a luggage rack for your suitcase if you're the type that doesn't like to unpack. The house has speakers in all common areas including outside. There are new 80" televisions in the master bedroom and living room that each have Apple TV and full ATT cable TV channel spectrums. The relaxing jet filled hot tub in the back yard allows you to rest up your tired muscles while listening to your favorite music using the hot tub water proof speakers. The newly built Morrocan styled cabana has built in sofas for relaxing outdoor between hot tub dips. The kitchen has a gas stove with vent that actually vents to the outside, pots and pans, small appliances, silverware, plates, and serving dishes for serving parties up to 6. The guest bedrooms each have king size Sterns and Foster beds for extremely comfortable sleeping. OUR MOST RECENT REVIEW: November 2017 "For never renting an Airbnb before, you really set the bar high for us. The space was exactly what my family and I needed for the week. It was one of the most relaxing stays we have had before. From the ambient lighting throughout the home and bathrooms, to the crazy master shower. We've stayed at top of the line hotels and your home exceeded all of those. As a home builder I like to see what other people are doing, you or your designer really did a great job. My wife and I always look for Modern hotels and places we feel are safe for our kids. Your home was a breath of fresh are. Our little girls are still talking about it after we got home, asking if the next place we stay will look like it again lol. My answer was doubtful. For the space and the money, we will definitely do this again" Guests have access to the whole house except the office, plunge pool in the back left corner of the backyard and master bedroom closet. A new HEB was just built a block away for your convenience. Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts due to the huge investment we've made in the house There is a small construction project in the backyard. This project will not affect the hot tub use or cabana area. PLEASE DO NOT DOCK OUR RATING OVER THIS ISSUE SINCE WE ARE PROVIDING FULL DISCLOSURE AHEAD OF TIME. The hot tub and outdoor shower is still free with the house's normal rate. The shower experience 1. An outdoor shower with six body jets and waterfall shower experience. This feature alone cost $18k to install. NO TECHNICAL ASSISTENCE PROVIDED FOR HOUSE IMPORTANT NOTE: There are absolutely no parties allowed in the house. If more than eight people are seen at the house that will be grounds for immediate evection by my uncle who is a sheriff who happens to luckily live next-door. The reason for the strict policy is because previously the house with used as a party for profit location that led to do extensive damage. Eviction will occur at any point during the rental if more than eight people are seen entering the house. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two closets and private outdoor hot tub. HOA community pool just two blocks away. We provide absolutely no technical assistence for the audio visual system but it's pretty intuitive and easy to figure out. Daily if requested. The property is located in a nice, quiet suburban neighborhood yet still boasts convenient access to the city attractions. The home is 12 minutes from Fiesta Texas and La Cantera, 20 minutes from downtown, and 25 minutes from Sea World. You really want to have your own car to be able to access this property or you can use Uber, which is cheap and easy to use. The house is in the upscale Stone Oak suburbs. We do not offer discounts on our nightly rate. Please do not request discounts.

Our attention to detail and high standards as hoteliers are evident in the villa's cleanliness and maintenance. Studio can also be rented to our connecting 2-bedroom villa with kitchen (see listing on our profile) to make it a 3-bedroom villa. We have invested in high-end home automation to make your stay more convenient & comfortable - including an Amazon Alexa for voice-controlled music & more. There is cable TV and a google Chromecast device so you can stream shows from your laptop, tablet, or phone. The VERY small kitchenette is essentially an enhanced wet bar. Although it has the basics, it shouldn't be relied upon for regular cooking. Guests will have full access to the villa, including complimentary access to all pools and the on-site fitness center. We're available via phone or text at any time but won't be around during your stay. Nestled into a cove of the Santa Rosa Mountains, the apartment is set in La Quinta within a resort-style neighborhood offering access to shared pools, hot tubs, and a fitness center. Dining, shopping, and golfing are a short drive away. There is an on-site restaurant at the main pool (90 second walk from our villa) that is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am - 2pm, except during summer months.

This is an architecturally significant (3-bedroom 3.5-bathroom) home by noted Las Vegas architect Homer Rissman. We are located in the heart of East Lakeview, just half a block from Lake Michigan and Lincoln Park, and blocks away from Wrigley Field and Boystown. Smart TVs (with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) are located in the shared main level TV lounge, and also the lower level lounge. Your check-in should be in person. Lakeview is home to two of the most vibrant sports, nightlife, and theater scenes in Chicago: Wrigleyville and Boystown. Explore souvenir shops and casual eateries by day, and hop from bar to bar along Clark, Addison, and Sheffield Avenues by night. You walk to Treasure Island (half block), Jewel Osco (2 minutes), Whole Foods (4 minutes), Lakeview Athletic Club (4 minutes), XSports Fitness (5 minutes), Walgreens (3 blocks), bars and restaurants aound the corner. Close to multiple buses on Lake Shore Drive. Grab a bus to downtown in 15 minutes You will have to climb one flight of stairs for all bedrooms Street parking is free on the east side of Broadway. Your private guest suite is newly renovated. You will have a private room with your own keypad entrance, thermostat and bathroom, T.V. with internet access, mini fridge, serving ware, coffee maker, fruit and yogurt in the fridge! We also have a toaster oven in case you want to warm up leftovers. You will only have access to your room, which is comparable to a short term stay hotel room, but way cooler. send a text or message me and I'll respond as soon as I can The Pilsen neighborhood got voted one of the 12 coolest neighborhoods in the world in 2018, according to Forbes magazine. There’s venues, studios, and bars booming with more culture all only blocks away. Uber / Lyft is a great way to get anywhere quick - usually a 15 min ride to downtown. Public transit options are the CTA El Train (Pink Line 18th stop is 0.7 mile walk from our house) or CTA Bus (18th & Racine stop is a block away). Once you’re at the transit stop both options take about a 20 - 30 minute to downtown. There are other bus lines nearby that take you other places (i.e. McCormick Place) - feel free to ask us for help when you arrive. Street parking is free in certain areas for those who are driving. Please message us and we’ll direct you where to park. We are a 20 minute cab ride from Midway International Airport and 40 minutes from O'Hare without heavy traffic, double these estimates if traffic is heavy (rush hour, accidents, etc).
