Beautiful! Pristine. I can’t recommend the home enough. We enjoyed 2 nights here and definitely would return. A peaceful hidden gem that provided us with everything we needed

Loved our stay on the Love Boat! It was quiet and peaceful, and very clean! Instructions provided by Gia were perfect and the clubhouse perks were a plus! We will be visiting again so next time we can take advantage of the pool and kayaks during our stay.

We loved feeding the turtles 🐢. You have to check out downtown Sanford, walk the Riverwalk & go to the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens. Don't forget to try the Jailhouse Restaurant - in a real old jailhouse, great food! She was an amazing host.

Nice Place. Great place to stay and they picked us up right on the back porch. Ice machine was nice too.

This is literally the perfect place to stay in Charlottetown! Within walking distance to anything you need including restaurants, coffee shops, parks and downtown. The space itself was cozy yet spacious. It was clean and comfortable and the highlight was the covered patio outside to watch the boats go by. We will definitely return!

This is the only place I'll stay at from now on in Alexandria Bay, the house sits right in the water and has amazing views of the river and bolt castle. There is a lot of space on the property including fire pits throughout and a nice pool.

Jay and Theresa's boathouse was absolutely spotless, which we truly appreciated. The setting provided the perfect backdrop for our favorite moments: peaceful mornings sipping coffee while watching the breathtaking sunrise, and tranquil evenings unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun dipped below the horizon. We found the location to be wonderfully quiet, peaceful, and exceptionally private – a true escape.

My husband and I had such a relaxing time staying here! We felt like we were having a mini adventure, but still had all the essentials we needed. We saw manatees, dolphins, and tarpon. And we fished off the back dock at night. It was so beautiful how clear the skies were from the view of this house boat, we saw so many stars. We’ll be back again and I’m already sending the link to friends who were asking about our stay!

Perfect location for a quiet getaway. Love to wake up and walk across to public beach for sunrise and sit on the dock for sunset!

This is a great place to stay! The host is very responsive and provided a lot of help at check-in when we arrived from a late flight. The house is comfortable, spacious, clean, and has all the amenities you need! I would caution: for anyone with any sensitivity to motion sickness - this is not the place for you.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend! It's less than 10 minutes from Red Wing where you can enjoy cute shops, cafes, and restaurants. As for the houseboat, the space is well used and surprisingly spacious. Getting to have the little deck both on main level and top during the beautiful slow mornings was my favorite part! We went on a rather hot weekend and stayed very comfortable with the air conditioning. The Amtrak train does run few times a day, which in early morning did wake us up. Definitively a great experience and highly recommend it for a fun weekend away!

Easy to get to Jane's boat, the people were very friendly. The boat was amazing, very cozy, love the desk especially with the weather being great. I strongly recommend to stay there, easy access to and from the boat to downtown. The area is family owned with live music, painting sessions and even guess the songs night. We shall return to Pittsburgh and book at Jane's boat again. That is a guarantee. Thank you

My girlfriend and I just spent 4 of the most amazing days here. Andrew and his team were the most attentive hosts I've ever had on vacation. The boathouse was so cute and the view while sitting on the back patio was so peaceful and serene. We went jetskiing which was located only a few feet away from all the units and Remy, our tour guide, was fantastic. I can't say enough about the way he assisted my girlfriend while she rode by herself for the first time. It was so much fun. We also went parasailing and the guides there, Zack and Jessie, were also awesome. They took our pictures using the photo package which came great. They gave us great recommendations about the things to do nearby, and played such good music on the boat. The view while up in the air was breathtaking, and also took pictures while riding and their photo package gave us great memories from the boat view. Wonderful experience. The home was exactly as described and very peaceful being on the water for waking up to sunrise from bed. There is a nice little Marina store /bar near by and the food was actually very good - fish tacos , Ahi nachos and chicken wrap were both quality food and served fresh and hot. The total nightly cost can get pretty high with all fees but I feel being on water makes it worth it . Think of a luxury hotel room thats sitting on the water. We didn’t feel the boat move at all if you are worried about that . It’s a very quite marina. We would definitely book again especially if nightly rate came down a bit to make up all fees associated with ABNB. One note of improvement might be to add umbrella on rooftop which would of been perfection as it gets quite hot up there with no shade . Overall Fantastic stay!

This whole experience was AMAZING! I definitely will be returning for future visits and check out other houseboats at the Cove. Highly recommend for an out of the box stay outside of typical hotels. Friendly and attentive staff available when needed and very responsive. 10 out of 10!

Everyone was very nice . It was so nice and peaceful at night laying in bed with the back wall of glass open it was like we were outside in a very comfortable bed . Town and everything was close by.very comfortable and peaceful

Danielle and Mike's houseboat is a complete gem. The boat is beautifully decorated, and I had everything I needed for my stay. The little deck was the perfect relaxation spot, especially for bird watching....so many little families of geese. Loved the fish light at night!!!! The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, and it was so nice to have a full bath in the container. I made use of the fire pit the second night. So nice to have a fire going looking at the river. I will definitely be back a little this year!!! It was the exactly recharge I needed. Thank you Danielle and Mike, the most stress free "stuck" boaters 😆

Such a memorable stay from the scenic view to saying on a boat. My husband & I spent our honeymoon at Diane’s place and it exceeded our expectations. Diane was very responsive and always made sure we were accommodated comfortably. We can’t wait to come back to the outer banks and relax here again.
