We had a great time! Nice, functional house, nice terrace, quiet and with ocean views. The place is ideal for exploring the North of Portugal . Carlos and his wife are very available and very discreet owners. To do and redo ... without moderation 👌

João's treatment is impeccable, always attentive and very kind. As for the house it is even nicer than the pictures. I would recommend it 100%, we have been super comfortable.

We had a great stay in the "Casa da Mata". Lost in the heart of the winery and on the edge of the forest, this house full of old-fashioned charm, well renovated and comfortable, is perfect. Every room has a beautiful view! But the best view is from the terrace where we had all our meals. We also loved our interaction with Fernanda, the best host you could hope for. And his kitchen is a delight! Fernanda feasted us with good garden products, fig tomatoes & eggs.. And very good bread, brought every morning!!! We can only thank her again for her kindness. We will keep in mind this beautiful week perched on the heights of the Douro for a long time. I forgot: the pool and common areas also added a nice plus value to this week.

This is a lovely place to spend time with family, disconnect and recharge. our daughters loved the space outdoors and playground. Manuela was an excellent host. Recommended.

We felt very comfortable with Armando and Maria. Both of them were constantly looking after their guests' well-being. Thank you for that! The apartment has everything you need, from a broom to a salad spinner. A small supermarket is practically around the corner within walking distance. But it makes sence, to have a car. The apartment has a lovely garden with a pool. We had a few cool, rainy days and therefore didn't use either. Typical Armando: He apologized for the weather when we left.😊

Very good welcome by Antonio as well as by his mother, very attentive, ready to do a service and speaking, among other things, very good French. Very nice welcome breakfast and coffee, good location compared to the different places to visit. Product as advertised with good value for the money.

I spent one night at the home of Filomena with three friends and it was amazing. It has a double bed and a large sofa bed (without separation, it is ideal for groups of friends or families), kitchen equipped with hob and all utensils, barbecue, and the best part of all - the pool! It is a great pool and it was exclusive to us, with lots of privacy, lawn with loungers, a treat. Filomena was very considerate and the husband Francisco who received us as well. It was a memorable experience and I recommend 100%.

Henrique’s place is as unique and special as it gets. We went there to see the Festa dos Rapazes in nearby Ousilhao for Christmas, which was fantastic, but Mosteirinho, Henrique’s magical oasis in the mountains is a destination all its own. Words can’t really describe- go see it for yourself! Thanks Henrique!

We always read the reviews so you know what to expect. Fred exceeded expectations and is a fantastic host. He does more than we think a host should do and is also a very pleasant company. Miguel welcomed us very warmly and showed us the entire place again and said we can always ask him if we need anything. We felt at home from the beginning. The property is beautiful. In addition to the fantastic pool, there are orange and lemons, which we would have freely available during our stay. Miguel was always on hand right away if we needed anything. He went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We liked it there very much. The old cabin has a rustic charm to it ☺️ Thank you for everything, Miguel!

The house is located in a very quiet place with a very good view despite the trees. The location is very good but access is a little limited. We spent two very good nights and enjoyed the small balcony a lot. The internet was the only less positive point. An experience to repeat no doubt!

The place was very very cute and functionally decorated. Everything worked flawlessly and clean. The contact was very kind. Particularly noteworthy was the comfortable bed. We have never slept as well on a vacation as in this one! :-)

Lise owns a wonderful place in the hills beyond Braga, with a swimmable reservoir (lake) nearby (walkable) and much to discover. The house is as described and we found a very thing workable and clean. Our dogs got on well with her’s and the gardens are huge so they could run around a lot. The swimming pool is great and cold to freshen up, a joint kitchen with adjacent BBQ was used more than once!! All in all, a wonderful find and a really good experience. You are in nature, mind. Phone coverage is sometimes sketchy, and insects may show themselves in garden or occasionally inside, but nothing at all out of what can be expected in such a natural place. Other guests were nice, too, so a bit of social around kitchen or pool (or BBQ) are a definite possibility. We will return happily if the region calls our name next.

The stay in Julia's apartment was everything we were looking for for a weekend disconnection. Julia's attention was excellent as was her husband Jose's. Recommended for anyone who wants to go to the south of Galicia/Norte de Portugal.

The cozy suite has everything you need, is clean, well located and you can tell from many details that you are welcome. Great value for the money. Clear recommendation!

It was two very pleasant August weeks, total disconnection from the city. The house was small but comfortable and cozy. The pool gave it a plus, to be able to cool off in the terrible heat of summer, and being surrounded by nature is ideal for recharging batteries. Thanks to Peter for all the attention provided. He is a very good host.

Sara was an excellent host. Very responsive to my enquiries. She also gave us our space and privacy. The outside area was beautiful just exactly what we hoped it would be. Highly recommend for quite break. The swimming pool was fabulous. We totally enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

We stayed 3 nights. The location is very good, we'll be back.
