Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Norte Region

I spent a glorious month at Maria Celeste’s home. It was simply the best place to reset, connect with nature & rest. I’ve never been to a more peaceful home. Freshly squeezed orange juice (from trees) every morning. Lemons for water. A natural spring to swim off hiking grime. Mountains to climb surrounding the entire home. Lizard & butterfly friends. And so so quiet. Maria Celeste picked me up & drove me to the location. Taxi services available to go to town when needed. I can not recommend staying at this home more. If you need some R’n’R, stay. You won’t regret it.

We loved the house!! From the first minute, Betty gave us the keys and explained the house. It's charming! The house was impeccably clean and with many details, the smell of the towels, the soaps, the bed and the pillows were very comfortable! It is a spectacular dream house. There is peace and tranquility, and the house has everything. It is made with a lot of love, and it shows!!! We loved the stay, we will definitely be back soon!! We recommend it 100%. It is in Allariz, close to restaurants, gas stations, all services, besides being a beautiful town! Betty, thank you so much for everything. See you soon! For those looking for something with quality, class and glamour, this space is proof of that. A super modern, very calm and organized home provides a spectacular stay, as in my case. Fábio, the owner of the space in this case, is a super assertive and correct person. When it comes to helping and being willing to contribute to well-being, she is the first person. I liked the experience and highly recommend it!!

Beautiful villa, even more beautiful than in the photos!! Peaceful and private place. Ideal for a family stay, our children really enjoyed it. Top host, professional, friendly, very responsive. I recommend it 1000%

Beautiful location, private and serene, Maria Lurdes is a fantastic host. She took time to show us around and explain the local culture and towns. The house is beautiful with so much space for games, gym, office space, living area is spacious for large groups. The river is right in front with easy access. Will definitely go back again to enjoy the house and Maria’s great hospitality. Would easily give the place 6 STARS out of 5!!!!

Anisia’s family home has fantastic views and is close to popular vineyards. Rooms and bathroom was clean and comfortable. There is a well stacked supermarket at 10 minutes drive from the house. You don’t need to bring any groceries, it’s got everything for barbecuing too. The Kitchen and the cooking facilities are limited, the fridge was small and some of the kitchen equipment was warn-out. But she had lovely dishes. The garden and the pool was well looked after and very relaxing. It was an amazing experience to stay in a family home in the middle of the Duoro Valley.

excellent stay, only issue was with sleeping as the double bed mattress had plastic wrapping which can be noisy. no washing machine. Definitely would stay again.

Very comfortable and well furnished apartment for 4 people. There was absolutely everything needed. The private garage was a very nice extra.

The location was so nice, and it was so convenient to enter with a password. The host's response came quickly, and the view that was slightly visible out the window was so nice.

Sousa was very nice, she greeted me and explained everything about the apartment. amazing views of the city with 2 balconys. the place was very clean and well worth the price! I would stay here again

Abi and Regina are exceptional hosts who made our stay memorable. We especially enjoyed the tour of the animation museum by Abi which was fascinating The property is very lovely, the flower and vegetable gardens are incredible and the whole ambience is very relaxing. A perfect place to stay for several days. We thoroughly recommend staying here and look forward to returning

There were three of us sharing the property and it was so nice that I almost wanted to move in permanently! Nice terrace and very tasteful decor in quiet area. It was a short taxi ride from the airport, good proximity to the grocery store and a very nice pastry shop. Great choice if you like to stay a little secluded from the most visited tourist trails and discover different areas. We walked almost everywhere with the exception of some cheap taxi rides. 10/10 residents :)

We loved the apartment! Across from Balhao Market but quiet and comfortable. Easy walks to wherever you want to go. One thing that doesn’t show in the listing is the beautiful tall ceilings and lovely light! Very good value!

Great flat! Right in the middle of everything!!! Noisy at night on the weekends but we knew that booking the place. Loved the cute old world kitchen and the huge windows to let the breeze in. Check out Teresa’s paintings throughout the flat. Such a nice personal touch. Communication with the hosts was really quick! We saw so much just walking!!! No need for an Uber until we wanted to go to the lighthouse. Otherwise, so accessible to everything! Perfect place to stay in Porto!!!!

The accommodation is phenomenal. It has a well done renovation, remaining spacious and comfortable stays. Great views of the Douro River. Very good attention received by the host. I recommend it 100%!

We chose Marília's place for the setting and being slightly further away from neighbouring houses than other places in the area. It didn't disappoint! Really peaceful with a great view. The pool is lovely but for clarity based on other reviews it definitely is not heated! We really enjoyed our stay.

We were invited to a wedding at the Quinta Solar da Levado in Amares, Cidalia's house is quite close (8 min) which is rather appreciable in case of fatigue. The house is very, very large and clean on a double level. A beautiful vegetable/flower garden is a great way to enjoy the good weather. Cidalia is very responsive and gives very clear instructions. As a traveler, just remember to bring cash to pay the municipal tax.

We had an absolutely incredible stay! The house is even better than the pictures, and our host could not have been more wonderful, flexible, accommodating and welcoming. A few highlights that aren’t immediately obvious: fresh bread delivery every morning, kitchen is wonderful and very easy to cook in, charcoal grill outside is fantastic - and lovely for grilling fresh fish in! (ask if fish is available from the local fish monger!). You can also easily do a day trip into Porto from this hidden paradise. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ricardo and his father Mario, or this amazing villa!

We loved the layout of the house. It was perfect for our group of 9. Easy to get to the metro and market which was convenient. Only downside was a shower was broken but they came out to fix and the hot tub was like warm. All in all a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this home!

A perfect stay, the space is very pleasant and Mrs. Esperança was extremely welcoming. Attention to detail, from local products to delicious breakfast, is noteworthy as it made the entire stay much more memorable. I can't recommend this place enough!

We spent 2 excellent nights at Vania's, a small haven of peace and serenity, all crowned with a breathtaking view! Thank you for the host's thoughtful touches, such as the fresh bread left in front of the door in the morning. I recommend it without hesitating!

We spent our vacation with 9 people at Bruno's. It was a wonderful time. The accommodation is as shown in the photos and Bruno is rightly a top host. He always had tips ready for us and the communication was very pleasant. All in all highly recommended!
