Central accommodation and close to the beach, very clean , very friendly and helpful host

What an amazing and beautiful property with such great family history. The location was great, just on the outskirts of the old city center so very very walkable. It had all the amenities we needed for a single night stay and the host was gracious enough to wake up really early in the pouring rain to help us out the gate. The only note we have for those who need to know is that the beds were really really firm, but that was the case for a lot of the places we stayed on our visit to Portugal and Spain, so maybe it's more the norm than the exception. again, such a beautiful place to check out and enjoy!!

The accommodation is simply charming! From the moment we entered, we felt a welcoming and charming atmosphere. The well-organized spaces and the perfect atmosphere to relax after a day of sightseeing. The decor is a standout standout. Every detail was clearly thought out with care, combining style and functionality flawlessly. The decorative elements bring a unique personality to the space, without exaggeration, creating a sense of home away from home. The host, in turn, deserves all the praise. Extremely attentive and friendly, it ensured that our stay was perfect, promptly answering our questions and offering great tips about the region. This is undoubtedly a place we would recommend to anyone in search of a memorable and comfortable experience.

Our stay felt like luxury, as we do not usually stay in hotels. Such a treat to have a sumptuous breakfast each day overlooking the hills and river, our room serviced daily, the beautiful pools to relax by, friendly staff to chat with and the option of a delicious dinner. We loved our stay! We had a large room on the first floor with a large comfy bed, good bathroom and balcony overlooking the gardens, pool and hills beyond. Perfect view of the sunset too. There are a few more minor maintenance issues in the room that could do with some attention, however we paid such a fair price that we were happy to overlook these. Recommended ++

Ana is amazing, very attentive and very good people, the hostel is nice and very new, the bathrooms, the kitchen, everything is perfect and organized, and the area is great because it is close to the beach and you can look out the window and see the waves of the sea, I really recommend this place for all those people who want to come and relax a little, everything was very good. Great stay, we were very well hosted. The place is a little remote, but worth the trip. The building and the layout are beautiful. We had a little problem with our room. The hosts were very quick and helpful in correcting the situation. Breakfast is great.

We really enjoyed the apartment with the whole family. The proximity to the beach, the opportunity to enjoy the pool, tennis court and soccer stadium for children are a real plus. We would have enjoyed an extra week.

No matter how many years pass, the Hospital House will always be, for us, synonymous with hospitality, welcome and friendship. BABhouse Casa do Avô Pedoucas is just incredible. The views are truly spectacular and the house has been modernised sympathetically and ingenuously so that all the charm of the old house is retained. We went on beautiful walks recommended by Leonor. The whole area is stunning and very peaceful. We had great weather so the secluded swimming pool was very welcome. We would love to return.

The space is quite cozy and great for resting in the country. There was nothing to point out and communication with the host was always impeccable. I definitely recommend it.

Very good location, close to the main routes of the National Park. We were attended by Manuela's daughter, and a 10 deal: he helped us locate the house and attended to the problems that arose during the days we were in the house or the things we were needing. 100% recommending for an end to disconnect!

This has been one of the best experiences for my boyfriend and I. We felt right at home. The place is spotless, the hosts felt like family, the rooms are beautiful. Not only is the hotel space beautiful but so are the surroundings. We were so close to all the main restaurants, shopping streets, and tourist attractions. With that being said, we felt very secluded, safe and had our own privacy. The kitchen area in the room was a plus. We could enjoy home cooked meals on our balcony! This has been a 5 star experience all around. I couldn’t recommend a better place! I’m very much so looking forward to coming back next year.

Maria was very friendly and helpful. She was always available to answer our questions. The welcome pack she provided showed us how generous she was. The place was clean and tidy. We enjoyed sipping our evening wine on the patio.

We loved staying here. The house was clean and had a great garden. The kids loved it. It was very walkable to the town/port. Amaparo and her husband were so welcoming. They even helped us make a reservation for lunch when we arrived and everything was closing. They sorted it all for us, which was so lovely as we were all very hungry. We would stay here again and would recommend this house. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very lovely flat with nice ocean view. The hosts are welcoming and the communication is on point. We'll gladly come back when we visit north Portugal again.

The place is beautiful and very peaceful. You can stroll along the beach, hike, or take a collective and go to Pontevedra. Lucia's family very kindly welcomed us and they gave us everything we needed. It is highly recommended.

Very well maintained and prepared cottage, it is a little far from the city center and by taxi it is a bit expensive. But it is totally recommended knowing this. There are few things nearby, so it is quite quiet.
