Efficiency kitchen with open living space including an island with seating for four plus a dining table for six. We really enjoyed staying at this property! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed (and more!), the shower had great hot water and water pressure, and we loved parking so close to the entrance (very helpful with our dogs). We felt very safe here, which was a huge plus. We did experience the cigarette smoke smell, which was included in the listing, but it did not bother us. We would absolutely stay here again, and we really appreciate how responsive the owners are. Thanks for a great experience!

Very nice apartment. It was clean and nicely furnished. Apartment was a bit hard to find upon arrival because there are many apartment doors that we did not know which one it was. Once we found it, we enjoyed our stay alot.

Very very good communication! Place was perfect and exactly what we needed. It had all the amenities and is more spacious than we expected! My partner and I stayed for over a month and everything went smoothly. Would recommend this place for any type of stay, whether it be long or a short stay!

The Upper Main Stay!

Marti was a great host for the 5 months I stayed at their airbnb. The location is a little noisy due to it being off main street but more peaceful than you’d expect. The apartment is clean and plenty of room for activities! I would say the one downside is the washer and dryer being in the basement which requires you to go outside and around the building, but it’s only bad when it’s cold out! Overall I enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying at one of their places in the future!

Our stay was cut short a day due to illness but we enjoyed the time we stayed. We were looking for something simple that was walking distance to some good restaurants and to IWU and this was perfect for that. (Lucca and Rosie’s are great spots for food!) Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.
