And for you race fans, the Fairbury Speedway is only a 3 minute drive or an 8 minute walk away. The building has 1 bedroom with a queen bed. Living room has a long sofa & pull-out loveseat that sleep 1 each. It has a 1/2 bath with a toilet, sink, & washer/dryer in it. The only shower is located in the bedroom.

This place is the the perfect place for an extended stay if you're working anywhere in central IL. Nice, newly remodeled apartment in quiet building with plenty of parking. Full kitchen, laundry, central air, huge new TV with Netflix, Amazon, Disney, HBOMax, genuine arcade game with 60 classic games you can play for free. Even has a small back porch. Very nice apartment. It was clean and nicely furnished. Apartment was a bit hard to find upon arrival because there are many apartment doors that we did not know which one it was. Once we found it, we enjoyed our stay alot.

Nice and freshly renovated apartment in a historic house. Private parking lots behind the house. Fully equipped kitchen and large TV with fast internet. Comfortable bed with foam memory mattress. A/C in bedroom and living room. Heating in every room. Super-clean and REALLY fresh renovated! Host was also responsive and friendly. Would definitely come back and recommend it.

The hosts were so kind and quick to solve any problem that we had. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. My husband had some trouble with noise from other occupants, but if you’re used to normal apartment noises you’ll probably be fine!

The Upper Main Stay!

Marti was a great host for the 5 months I stayed at their airbnb. The location is a little noisy due to it being off main street but more peaceful than you’d expect. The apartment is clean and plenty of room for activities! I would say the one downside is the washer and dryer being in the basement which requires you to go outside and around the building, but it’s only bad when it’s cold out! Overall I enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying at one of their places in the future!

Our stay was cut short a day due to illness but we enjoyed the time we stayed. We were looking for something simple that was walking distance to some good restaurants and to IWU and this was perfect for that. (Lucca and Rosie’s are great spots for food!) Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.
