Really fantastic place with a stunning view. Restaurants are 5 minute walking distance once you get to the lobby, great ammnieites with the gym and pool and Mat is really responsive. Great host and nicely decorated place.

I absolutely loved this room and the host! The room was huge, located in a very quiet part of Pattaya, but very close to everything that I wanted. The host was on site and handled everything quickly and made my stay absolutely wonderful! I highly highly recommend!

I’ve stayed at several AirBnbs in Pattaya and Jomtien but Tuenchai’s room was the best. Very clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly, including the TV, which has Netflix, YouTube, and other various channels. The location is excellent, too. It’s about a 15-minute taxi ride from the center of the action but there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafés within easy walking distance.

Very good experience, I will continue to choose this place when I have the opportunity to travel to Thailand in the future, and I will also introduce it to my friends.

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

The accommodation is spacious and you can cook (but the fire is not strong😁). Everyone likes it. But the path to the beach may not be very convenient, but it is possible. The beach is muddy, and it may rain. Overall, it is suitable for large families to gather and socialize, not focusing on the sea view.

Rented out for a large party. This place had everything we needed to stay entertained and happy for a week. The location is great for getting a Grab anywhere in Pattaya, and there are a few good restaurants and shops within walking distance as well.

Nièce quite place , easy to reach , privacy secured , easy transport via grab even in late nights , Nina quite responsive , only issue was smell in kitchen section due to sewage blockage in society Nina tried to resolve as best possible

Well appointed unit in a great building. Host has an office in the building, so she is easily accessible and always responsive if needed. I have stayed in this building many times and would definitely consider this unit again.

The landlord was very friendly, Korean, very polite.The idea of time is heavy, he does not double the label and the guest needs to do it as well.The four-piece set in the room is very clean, and the dishes are disposable and hygienic.Great location with the right price, staying here is close to everywhere, also very close to bars, suitable for guests who love to play, because the nightlife of Pattaya is very abundant and lasts until late.There is a lot to eat downstairs, and you can see the sea by the electric car around the corner.I loved the house and the layout arrangements were all reasonable.If I come to Pattaya again, I hope to stay in this house again.Focus, I like the base apartment.

I was thoroughly impressed with The Orient Resort and Spa! Compared to the Yensabai Condotel, the Orient is a great upgrade. The hotel is a bit far from Walking Street but I was able to explain other parts of Pattaya.

Stephan was very accommodating and kind. The place is great, perfect location and affordable. I highly recommend the place.
