Renata’s apartment is perfect for any stay in Pattaya. Clean, comfortable, quiet, great facilities and in a great location to get to all the main attractions. Renata is a wonderful host who communicates clearly and quickly. She gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants, and kind enough to let us check out late as our flight times changed. Highly recommended.

This place was by far the best AirBnB experience I ever had. They provide so many amenities that are not listed on the property description and was such a surprise when I checked in. They provide free of charge a refrigerator full of snacks, drinks, coffee, tea, toiletries, toothpaste, bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, combs, hair brushes and so much more that made me feel right at home. It was so well stocked I had doubts about leaving a review as I might not be able to rent this place again once the word gets out how "GREAT" this place was. The condo was very nice and clean. It looked just as pictured, and the view was incredible. I got a perfect view of the Pattaya City sign. Would definitely stay again.

The building is the best place to stay in Pattaya. I am telling you, it will never be a wrong of decision of choosing this apartment. This is from a person who mostly stays in 5 star hotel in every country i am visiting. Too much affordable but never been compromised. Will stay and will always be staying this place everytime i visit this country.

Excellent apartment, very clean, great facilities, and easy to use appliances. Great location, very smooth check in despite my requirement to check in at an unusual time due my flight schedule. Am’s was very responsive to my questions, and very clear with instructions. I will definitely be staying at this apartment next trip!

This is a small and clean apartment. It is located on the first line of the sea and has a very nice pool. Everything you need is close by.

I really enjoyed my stay in Pattaya. The place was clean, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, close to the beach and local attractions, yet still peaceful. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Nice room, great hosts

We felt at home the moment we arrived at Boon’s beautiful beachfront condo. The space is bright, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated with a chic, cozy vibe. We especially enjoyed making breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen and having it out on the balcony—it was such a lovely way to start the day. Boon was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. He gave us great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. We also loved relaxing by the swimming pool. It’s an amazing deal and a truly wonderful experience. If you’re coming to Pattaya, don’t miss the chance to stay here. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much for your beautiful condo, I can say this is one of the best Apartment in Pattaya with a beautiful view looking through mountains and the beach. The house is very very clean and they have all the utilities in the kitchen since i have to cook breakfast every morning for my son. The host is very responsive and fast response. My son had an accident and went to emergency hospital for stitches and the host really cared about my son's situation. The host asked me how my son doing 2 days in a row. Thank you so much for your kindness and the hospital recommendations. This apartment is very recommended for you guys to stay, especially it fits perfectly if you bring your children with you. Thank you so much once again for your hospitality. I hope we will come again soon and stay in this apartment ☺️

I’ve stayed at Atlantis condo a few times and this is the nicest room I’ve stayed in. Everything is clean, modern and new.

Money well spent. Great location. The place is much better in person than the pictures. Quiet spot in the heart of it all. Large one bedroom on the 7th floor. Comfortable couch, 2 big LG tv’s and a very comfortable king size bed. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your time. Great pool . I would definitely stay again. Great staff to deal with, no complaints!!👍🙏

I absolutely loved this room and the host! The room was huge, located in a very quiet part of Pattaya, but very close to everything that I wanted. The host was on site and handled everything quickly and made my stay absolutely wonderful! I highly highly recommend!

I stayed here four weeks. The rooms matched the pictures and the condominium's public facilities were excellent.The location of the condominium is the most convenient place in Pattaya.The price is also very reasonable.RaNee always responded quickly to the requirements.If I go back to Pattaya, I will choose this room. The building in which the unit is located is probably the best building with the best facing in the entire resort. On the one hand, you are shielded away from the scorching heat of the afternoon sun during hot summer; on the other hand, the balcony offered one of the best views among the 7 buildings - an exotic view of the artfully curated courtyard garden and a stream of cascading pools that accentuate the ambience of Zen Buddhism. You might wonder if you could attain Nirvana just by sitting at the balcony :) The buildings are newly painted and the elevators in buildings are furnished to an exceptionally high standard, so much so that the few seconds I spent in the elevator going up and down the building I almost thought I was in the Ritz-Carlton. So if you are looking to rent a room in this condominium, I would highly recommend any units in building D with a view of the courtyard garden and swimming pools.

Best view, just an endless view of ocean from the apartment. You can see the sunset in front of you. Designed really well also!
