Stayed for 3 weeks ! Lovely villa well furnished and felt like home ,nice garden and a good sized swimming pool.

Good place. You will have loads of fun. Place feels private, and is within 4-5 kms of all tourist attraction. The only issue we experienced was Water outage, rest all amenities were provided. Also house cleaning is additional and not included. The slide lands in an awkward position in the pool. The snooker table is a plus point, had loads of fun playing snooker. If our group comes to Pattaya again, we look forward to booking the same villa again

The host responded quickly, so we didn't have much trouble communicating! Apart from the lack of shampoo and body wash, it was good! I had a good time!

my family really enjoyed our stay in this home. The lady owner was so friendly with a lovely smile. The pool was the main attraction and the kids had hours of fun in it. not to far from Pattaya beach 10 minutes by car and a short grab ride to nightlife. cant recommend too much will definitely be back

I got really good memory in this place. very clean and peaceful. There are everything to stay. The host was fantastic. Because she had deep consideration and hospitality. If I travel to here I will stay again.

Nice and small pool villa. everything. was great except they should have provided some handsoap dishwash liquid. also, they charge about an extra for electricity..other than that. it was good.

We had a really good time at the villa. It was well appointed and made for a comfortable stay. The only drawback was the loud construction in neighbouring buildings which was annoying early mornings, and when we were outdoors in the pool area during the day.

Very clean, quiet and private villa. Perfect for couples. Only a 4 minute walk to a market and night market.

Booked 30 minutes before checking in due to other reservation falling through and Lynn was very helpful and quick to respond. Nice place in a good location. Good choice

We had a lovely stay . New knives and various kitchen utensils were missing in the kitchen and then an oven was missing. Our host Mini has been amazingly friendly and helpful during our stay so we give her 5 big stars ..

The pool villa is located in a big and rich villa house compound And it takes only 10 minutes drive the the beach Such a great place to stay long-term as family for unbelievable price too!🥰

Great private villa to enjoy beautiful garden and pool. The villa has perfect facilities to enjoy holidays with big rooms. My 9-year-old kid really enjoyed days in this villa. I really liked beautiful flowers in the garden around the pool. Hans, the host, and his team coordinated perfectly to accommodate us to grasp what we needed and to troubleshoot even minor issues. Their response were always super quick and accurate. Perfect location to enjoy holidays in Pattaya. I recommend everyone coming to Pattaya stay this villa to enjoy holidays with friends or family. Hello, we rented a house for a children's birthday party. We were very pleased! The owner was friendly, answered all questions, helped us find our way around. The house has a good full kitchen, all the necessary utensils, a large refrigerator. Well-kept garden, the children even spotted pomegranates behind the house, a dining area near the pool. The pool is a normal size, clean, they were aware of the nuances with the tiles. Cleaning is included, which made me especially happy. Thank you!

This house is comfortable and conveniently located not far from the golf course we played at. The host communicated with us very well, and the house was well-equipped with amenities. Overall, I highly recommend this place!
