Really fantastic place with a stunning view. Restaurants are 5 minute walking distance once you get to the lobby, great ammnieites with the gym and pool and Mat is really responsive. Great host and nicely decorated place.

The view from the house is great. Perfect for 3-5 guests. One bed in the living area. Only one room has attached bathroom. Other bathroom is outside the rooms. Over all great place. Great expensive. Royee is a super host. Very helpful and responsive.

I’ve stayed at several AirBnbs in Pattaya and Jomtien but Tuenchai’s room was the best. Very clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly, including the TV, which has Netflix, YouTube, and other various channels. The location is excellent, too. It’s about a 15-minute taxi ride from the center of the action but there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafés within easy walking distance.

Thanks for a great stay. We were two months and would have continued another two, for personal reason we had to change places. The apartment is peaceful, spacious, the bed is good, and the dogs loved too. I recommend if you want to stay in a homey house and in peace. A short trip to the store and the beach. I booked this property for my family of three people (me, my wife, and my kid). Upon arrival to check-in, the security guard with poor customer service was unwelcoming (not friendly at all), and intimidating, making me feel nervous, uncomfortable, and scared. Anyway, the room is clean, and it has all amenities we need, especially a big refrigerator, and a rainwater shower. Importantly, my kid loves water slides at a pool (family-friendly). Only a couple minutes walking distance to nearby convenience store, and pharmacuticle store, is a plus! Overall, my family had a good time here. Centrally located in Pattaya!

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

The accommodation is spacious and you can cook (but the fire is not strong😁). Everyone likes it. But the path to the beach may not be very convenient, but it is possible. The beach is muddy, and it may rain. Overall, it is suitable for large families to gather and socialize, not focusing on the sea view.

Amazing place , absolutely what you need for a lovely getaway in Pattaya . Me and my family/friends enjoyed are lovely stay with the host being very responsive and kind . Thank you will most definitely stay again!

Nièce quite place , easy to reach , privacy secured , easy transport via grab even in late nights , Nina quite responsive , only issue was smell in kitchen section due to sewage blockage in society Nina tried to resolve as best possible

The pool is the main attraction of the place, for adults and children, fun is guaranteed! The gym is medium-sized and has an open space if you want to run or exercise outside, it has a sea view and is very pleasant in the morning to work out and look at the sea. The host was very friendly and left us some fruit for our arrival. The beach is about 300 meters away and is easy to get to on foot. We'd go back to the apartment another time.

Well appointed unit in a great building. Host has an office in the building, so she is easily accessible and always responsive if needed. I have stayed in this building many times and would definitely consider this unit again.

Orada was super responsive to any needs we had. They actually upgraded our room because the bed was broken in the inital room, the whole issue was promptly resolved and the upgraded room was extremely nice. Thanks for having us!

The room is nice. TV is big in the afternoon. The house is full of sun for a long time. There is a little bit of electricity in the house because to turn on the air conditioner 328 Great earthquake at the time was in the middle of a lunch break at the time, and the other objects on the wall were not paying attention to how much it shook

I was thoroughly impressed with The Orient Resort and Spa! Compared to the Yensabai Condotel, the Orient is a great upgrade. The hotel is a bit far from Walking Street but I was able to explain other parts of Pattaya.
