Monthly Rentals in Nong Khaem

We had a great one month stay here. It’s very clean with kept up facilities. Staff are very friendly and management very helpful through text msg Things to consider: - there are kitchen amenities (kettle, small oven, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker), but no stove - not a whole lot to do for activities or food in the area, but MRT is pretty much just outside the door - smoking is not allowed at all in the building, you have to go to the street or parking lot smoking area - gym is well equipped for its size with dumbbells up to 25kg - smart with with Netflix account provided - felt secure, security guards outside the reception and you need your key to move around in the building (only had one which made it tricky for us, but we never asked for another) - coworking space on top floor - facilities are super clean

I had the best stay at this 2-bedroom unit in Bang Khae! It's the perfect place for anyone looking to experience a more suburban side of Bangkok. Lots of bonsai gardens to explore around here notably Bonsai Hunter, Bonsai Station, and Chen Bonsai a bit further. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable night. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this area!

Good place with complete management.The kitchen smoke is too big to trigger the smoke alarm and the management will come up to care about the situation in person.Safe area. The internet is fast, it is very convenient to take out the garbage, and the balcony where you can see the sunrise.

Another great stay. Jang is always super fast to communicate and quick to resolve any issues. Location is perfect, close to Big C and a food market, short ride to major malls. The facilities are perfect, and if you can look past the tired decor of the unit, you'll have an awesome time. Will be back again!!
