Monthly Rentals in Nong Hoi Sub-district

This was the best place I've ever rented in Chiang Mai. It's private, quiet and still easily reachable from the center. Easy check-in, clean and comfortable space with good Wi-Fi. Responsive host and good location. Highly recommend!

We felt very comfortable! There was a lot of space, very good showers and everything was very clean! We would come back anytime! The surroundings are very pleasant, a car is probably recommended. Everything was great! :)

Very good experience in this house,Rob helped us to bring our three big luggage to the second floor before we went back and Tanitta prepared mango for us and drove us to the airport. They are lovely and nice. BTW, the coffee inside the paradise house and the Vietnam bread nearby are so delicious and thanks for Tanitta’s recommendation. Hope to see them again. ❤️

A truly exceptional stay! Nina and Marty are some of the kindest, most thoughtful hosts we’ve ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, their warmth and care made us completely at home. The house itself is pristine-spotlessly clean, beautifully modern and equipped with every little detail you could need and more. The bed is extremely comfortable! This home is a rare gem and so are the people who host it. Can’t recommend it highly enough!
