Monthly Rentals in NoDa, Charlotte

You really couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. It’s comfortable from the minute you step in. The loft, which seems understated to call it, was impeccably clean, had every detail thought of, is convenient to about any activity you want, and just feels peaceful. I would recommend it for anybody. It was a real recharge and great experience.

We were only in Charlotte for a few days to attend a concert, but Larry and Barry’s place was the perfect home away from home. It’s spacious, clean, comfy, and well-furnished, having everything we needed for our brief stay and then some. We stayed during a hot stretch of summer, and the AC and ceiling fan kept the place very cool. It’s cozy and private. Checking in and out was extremely easy, street parking was no problem in the quiet and safe neighborhood, and the hosts were super friendly. We had opportunities to chat with them both as we were coming or going, and they truly want to make sure guests feel comfortable and welcome. Happy to say that they succeeded on all counts! Can’t recommend their place enough, and we’d love to come back.

House was good for a last minute overnight trip. We had our dog with us so the gem of this place is the fenced in back yard.

It was exactly as described! Great space! Perfect for the 2 of us. Location was amazing. A number of wonderful restaurants/bars near by and a few short blocks from the light rail. Highly recommend!
