Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Niwot

I was in town to visit a long time friend who happened to live within walking distance. Diane & John’s place was perfect for my visit. Everything was very clean and tidy. The space was well appointed and organized. The bed was comfortable and the entire space relaxing. I also appreciated the fact that I was not expected to do a lot of cleanup.

The place was perfect for us! Our host had very helpful instructions and notes. Everything was just like the listing. Definitely recommend checking out this home if you’re looking for a sweet and safe spot in Colorado!

Carol was a great host. I felt very comfortable in the apartment below her. It was clean, quiet and comfy. It had easy access and I appreciated the binder she put together that describes recommendations for hiking, restaurants, grocery stores, bars etc! She deff works hard to make you feel right at home! I would stay here again in the future when I visit Boulder!

The space was very private and clean. It was bigger than expected and the perfect space to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb in Loveland. The home was beautiful both inside and out - clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully decorated. Despite being located near an industrial area, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and serene, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. All the accommodations were excellent - everything we needed was provided, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to others. We had a great stay with Nikki! The bed was comfortable and the garden was super peaceful. We went to the restaurant she recommended twice because it was so good (the west side tavern) Although the ceiling was a bit low for my 6”4 fiancé, I would definitely recommend her place!

We had a wonderful stay at Hannah’s property during a multi-day visit to Rocky Mountain National Park. The space was an absolute oasis after long days of hiking! Hannah was super proactive about check-in assistance, orientation with the amenities, and follow-up to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was very cozy, super clean, and provided everything we needed for a luxurious and relaxing stay. My favorite part was the record player and extensive collection of old records in the living room :) I spent some time sitting on the back porch, and even used the desk nook in the laundry room for some computer work. This place would make for an amazing remote work stay, especially with the detached office out-building in the tranquil back yard. Highly recommend this space to anyone looking to explore the Estes Park/Boulder area!! Top-notch hosting :)

Very beautiful place with everything we needed and more. Very spacious for the 6 of us to enjoy vacation as well as working from home.

David's place was what we expected. It was close to where we were needing to be the whole week we were there. considering the prices of other places around, it was cheaper than them. It was less expensive and way more convenient than a hotel. It was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated to have the portable AC to help keep the place comfortable. We would likely stay here again if there were only 3 people. The fourth person was on the futon...which are not historically very comfortable. That isn't David's fault. We picked the location and went into if knowing what the place had to offer. David had accurate advertising and responded to questions we had. This was our first Airbnb experience which made me a bit uncertain.

Quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to the historic town of Niwot where you can find a few cute shops/galleries, cafes, and restaurants. A few blocks from the Main Street there is a shopping plaza with a local market, coffee shop, and restaurants. The home is less than a 15 minute drive to Boulder and under a 10 minute drive to Longmont. Our family enjoyed the peaceful setting, large kitchen, and piano! Marisa was easy and friendly to communicate with.

Our stay at the Shane and Nicole’s Boulder Little House was absolutely fantastic! The house was impeccably clean, beautifully organized, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive, making the experience seamless and stress-free. The amenities provided were top-notch, adding an extra layer of convenience and comfort to our visit. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful, allowing us to fully enjoy the charm of Boulder. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!.

We thoroughly enjoyed the cottage. It was very comfortable and had absolutely everything needed to settle in. The decor was fun and creative. There were so many places inside and out to sit for a meal or cup of coffee! The neighborhood is very walkable, friendly and quiet, within strolling distance of downtown. It was easy to park in front of the house and the beautiful park across the street was a huge bonus.

Incredibly kind. Honest and open communication. I stayed with my three, (unforeseen) ill children and still enjoyed the small “faerie nook,” as my daughter called it. I’d love to return with perhaps another lady or two for a quiet ladies’ weekend, with a just one significant other or even alone for some quiet reflection.

Amazing space, location, and host! The condo was centrally located, had beautiful finishes, and an amazing mattress/loft for sleeping! Irina was friendly and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. We felt right at home in this cozy, homey place. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Both bedrooms have a smart TV, plus one in family room. And super plush wall-to-wall carpeting upstairs for maximum comfiness. We also really liked the motion-sensor nightlight system throughout the house. The kitchen had tons of equipment in it so you'll be all set if you cook. Keurig for no-fuss coffee, and coffee pods available in all different roasts. We were 10 minutes from downtown Boulder and right next to 29th street mall, which is a terrific shopping center. I went on some runs during my stay and was so excited to discover a bike/walking path just 5 minutes into my run (off Iris Ave). Brian was so laidback and accommodating about everything. Barely any check-out duties, so it was really easy when we had to leave before dawn to catch an early flight back home. 10/10 recommend this place.

Excellent spot to relax, very well done, clean and comfortable. Great atmosphere on the deck and we encountered some elk walking along the river right in front of us during our stay.

We had an incredible stay during our trip to Denver. The house was spotless and stocked with all the essentials. With plenty of restaurants and coffee shops just a short walk away, we were able to explore the city like locals. We’d love to come back again!

Gregory's place is the perfect, quiet getaway in Boulder. It had everything I needed and more. My favorite part is the location as it's located to some awesome hiking trails and amazing views of the mountains. There are two grocery stores a quick walk away along with coffee shops and more. Gregory is quick to respond and very helpful in accommodating his guests. I will definitely stay here again if I need a place in Boulder!

We had the best stay at Alison’s place! We were attending a wedding at a local hotel and the location of the Airbnb was perfect (18 minute walk or 5 minute drive). The home itself was so clean and beautiful. We loved drinking coffee on the patio each morning! We also loved walking up and down pearl street which was just a quick walk from her front door. Lastly, Alison always responded quickly and answered any questions we had. 100% would recommend staying here and we would absolutely stay again if we come back to the area.

dani was an excellent host. very personalble and understanding with conversation . she gave great directions and even made herself available if needed by giving her cell number. she even checked to see if I needed help finding the place as it is a little tricky to find. Her place was super gorgeouse. I would certainly stay again and recommend for singles or couples.
