Waterfront holiday rentals in Niterói

The apartment is compact and very well planned, with everything we needed. Impeccable cleanliness and excellent location — close to the center of Niterói, the ferries to Rio and the Oceanic Region. The highlight is the large balcony with a direct view of Christ the Redeemer. We were very comfortable with our 1-year-old daughter, we really felt at home. The host, Adriana, was attentive and helpful from the start. The covered parking space next to the elevator made it a lot easier, especially with a lot of luggage. Initially, we reserved 5 days and extended it for another week. We plan to return next year!

Incredible apartment, with a 10/10 view of the Christ, Sugar Loaf..., we even made a blog showing our stay at the accommodation since the mornings were dreamlike. Located in one of the best areas of RJ, very safe, where you can move around all day without worries. The host made it easy for us to check out and other things.

The apartment is wonderful, we are delighted. Very cozy, clean and with a wonderful view. The building is very well located and facing the sea. The house is delicious!! Super cozy and comfortable. It's a complete house! Wonderful bed and bath linens, pool towels were also available. Kitchen complete with utensils and dishes/cups/glasses of all kinds, full tbm barbecue area! There is no shortage of activities for children! Pool buoys, foosball, ping pong, pool, beach tennis rackets and the soccer field! Everything works perfectly. Apart from the pernilongos, we have nothing to complain about. Victor was an excellent host responding to everything quickly. Tbm we were appointed to Thainara to help with cleaning the house on the days we stayed there and it was a great indication. We'll be back!

The Beauty of the Beach Exceeded my Expectations and the House was just perfect for an open-air, restful and safe visit. We ate a Fresh Fish Platter for lunch at a local Beach Kiosk and were NOT Disappointed!

In addition to the comfort, space and many fruits on the foot there is a loving atmosphere of peace and welcoming that transcends the capacity of words. The terrace is designed to contemplate, which offers a hammock to relax with a breathtaking view of the lagoon and beach of Piratininga, while you have a foot of pitangas to taste, at night an indirect green light makes the space even more cozy. Alicia's house is a delight. The location couldn't be better - in front of the beautiful Camboinhas beach. You can get from the house to the beach in 2 minutes on foot, practically on the sand. The house is very cozy, it has books, games, art, we felt at home from the first moment. Nicaea welcomed us very well and we had great communication with her. Livia was also always very helpful. We'll be back for sure.

Amazing flat with one of the best views of Ipanema! it looks just like the pictures if not better. super close to the beach and the location in general is great with loads of botecos, stores, etc. Julie as a host was amazing, always super responsive and gave us loads of tips. Will definitely try staying here the next time I'm in Rio!

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

We went to my daughter's wedding in Rio, and it was the best place we could have found... Adriana, the owner, is very friendly and welcoming... made us feel at ease. And the apartment was ideal, it was perfect, the location wonderful, the neighborhood, a beautiful view of the Sugarloaf, in front, close, and a good space for our dog, who by the way loved it... and when opening the door a delicious smell of everything tidy and clean, in the details. We love it, and we'll be back...!
