Incredibly beautiful villa and outstanding hosts

A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

Our experience at Sam Río’s art deco mansion was wonderful. Everything was great from check-in, cleanliness, communication, outstanding location, and even some playboy posters make for an authentic rio feel inside of the beautiful art deco mansion. The balcony has breath taking views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a group of 8 guys, who all had plenty of room for themselves. This mansion is located near the favela’s but we never once felt unsafe and even got to walk through and explore the favela area, just be smart. Located right between Ipanema and Copacabana, we felt like we were located in the middle of everything. Short walks to the great beaches, shops, and restaurants. Overall, if your looking to get the authentic rio and cultural feel I highly recommend staying with Goitaca in this beautiful art deco mansion.

Bruno is an exceptional host! His house managers Jardel and Dora are the most caring people! They truly made the difference in our stay. Oh, and the breakfast every morning was the cherry on top. Anytime we needed help, they were always willing to go the extra mile. My friend even accidentally left her phone in the van from the airport and Bruno was able to coordinate with the drivers to retrieve it for her. We were so grateful to have him! Our group of 6 had a fantastic time in Rio at this Air B&B. Highly recommend staying here!

Bruno’s place is very pleasant and better than advertised! The place is so clean and spacious! Bruno is a very gracious host and very attentive. He has everything you need to make your stay relaxing and care free. Definitely would stay here again if ever in Rio.

Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

If you ever visit Rio this is the place id recommend everyone to stay at. Close to everything our horst Kety and her Husband Edwar we're gracious and fantastic. Clean, spacious, overall amazing!

We had a great experience in this house! The space is large and airy and very comfortable. Everything was neat and tidy, and the place is super pleasant, ideal for resting. The hosts were super flexible with check-in and checkout, which made us very comfortable during the stay. The only suggestion of improvement would be in relation to the cleaning of the pool, which could be a little better taken care of. Overall, it was a great stay and I recommend!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the house. The place is quiet, ideal for resting and enjoying family moments. The proximity to the beach was a great differential, facilitating the tours and making everything even more pleasant. Flexible check-in and checkout, easy communication with the host. The yard is spacious, perfect for our dogs to play and for everyone to enjoy the pool. It was definitely a very positive experience and we intend to return!

Casa excellent! The view is beautiful and the house is super comfortable, with everything we needed!! The stay was great and Ana proved to be super kind, serving us quickly whenever we asked! We even forgot some items in the house and she was super solicitous, promptly assisting us in retrieving them! Absolutely, it was worth it!

The house is Bellaaaa super spacious and safe the house and sector, the spacious rooms, their kitchen, the very nice pool, in general everything. The whole house was super clean, it was easy to get to, the communication with Ronaldo was wide super attentive. The host was super nice with us. In short, we felt so comfortable as if we were at home. I highly recommend Ronaldo's house, with security we will return to your house. Thank you very much Ronaldo for being so kind to welcome us and being so accommodating.

Apart from the cleaning, which was promptly taken care of by the host, the rest was great. For the next rental, I recommend fixing the coffee maker, as the glass where the coffee goes is cracked and leaking.

We spent our New Year's with family, as we imagined!Lots of tranquility, comfort and amazing! The house is perfect, we practically didn't leave, we enjoyed it a lot, my kids loved it, we'll definitely be back! Thank you 🙏🏻

Leandro’s place was more beautiful than the pictures! Just steps away from the beach and many beachside restaurants. Leandro himself was such an incredible host. He truly went above and beyond in showing us local places to eat and various things to do. He checked in with us often and always assured us he was one message away if we needed anything. Such an amazing person and so glad to have booked his place and met him. He even went as far as seeing us off at checkout . I hope to visit Niteroi again and stay at Leandro’s beautiful home ! 1000/10 highly recommend!

The stay was perfect! Mr. José is extremely kind, attentive and when we need to talk to him during the stay the communication was very quick. The house is very beautiful, clean and comfortable, large rooms that bring privacy, the house has cooking utensils and to use at the barbecue. Very smelling linens and towels. Place of much peace, very wooded around and with a beautiful backyard. I went uber out of downtown Rio and the access was very quiet. The house is much better than in the photos, a beautiful project , dream house with a beautiful finish that makes you want to live there.

It was a great weeks-stay with my family. The house was beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. While the kitchen was a bit narrow, it was fully equipped with everything you needed, and the option to cook outside on the island benchtop on the patio added a great touch to the experience. The swimming pool was kept spotless with daily cleaning, ensuring it was always ready for a refreshing dip. The nearby lagoon added to the scenic beauty, though the presence of mosquitoes made insect repellent a must-have. The internet was fast and reliable, except for an occasional disruption every few days, which was easily resolved with a simple modem restart. The location was convenient, with a bus stop just around the corner and several kiosks along the ocean esplanade offering drinks and snacks. A grocery store was only hundreds of meters from the house, making it easy to grab necessities. Daisy was warm and attentive. Thank you, Daisy :)

Piratininga is beautiful, I stayed at Marcia's house because mine is at work. Very close to mine that tb alu here at Airbnb. It was all quiet.

Our stay was amazing !!! The location of the house is privileged , at the foot of the mountain , with a stunning landscape and a lot of peace !!! The house is wide , with everything very well maintained and equipped with everything we need . Bed and bath linens were provided by the hostess , which made it very easy for us. The outdoor area is excellent , with a very good pool and a large barbecue area. Marciléia and her husband were wonderful for our stay . We were served very well and promptly whenever we needed it!!! We hired your service to cook and clean the house , which made all the difference to spend relaxing and worry-free moments!!! We recommend and will certainly be back !!!!

Great place Very comfortable home for a group or family stay. The house have all what needed, we felt just at home. The location is amazing, walking distance from Sao Francisco beach (10-15min), supermarkets (5min) and various restaurants options. Still far enough to feel private. Completely safe location.
