Space exceeded my expectations! It was very clean, well cared for and exactly as in the pictures — or even better. The location is quiet and safe, ideal for resting. By car, we quickly reach the beaches and other interesting points of the region. Marco was a great host, always responded quickly and with great sympathy. I felt really comfortable all the time of the stay. I recommend it too much and would definitely come back!

Apartment with amazing view of the condominium pool and Icarai beach. The condominium apartments that are actually studios are small but very well furnished and decorated, with a large "gourmet" balcony with table and chairs. Condominium with great facilities such as swimming pool, gym and well located.

I had a positive experience on this Airbnb! The place is beautiful, true to the photos and very clean. The location is excellent, near the edge of the Piratininga Lagoon, one of the largest nature-based solutions projects in Latin America, ideal for running, walking and bird watching. Although it is necessary to walk about 10 to 15 minutes to find restaurants and supermarkets, the way is quiet and there is a bus stop next door. The beaches of Piratininga and Sossego are accessible by bus or Uber. I really liked the stay, but one point to consider: there was construction on the second floor, generating intense noise from 8am to 5pm, which made it difficult to rest and work. I talked to the host, Marco Aurélio, who was very attentive and strove to improve the situation. I recommend that future guests check for renovations in progress before the stay, as this may impact the quiet of the place. Either way, it was a good stay and I recommend it.

The stay was great, the flat is large and the building's porters are super friendly and gentle. The building is located on the block of Icaraí beach, and the neighborhood has everything. I just missed wifi that doesn't have in the apartment and a garage that is not available as well. Of the rest was all quiet, as expected.

Great accommodation, I felt at home, spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen, were provided towels, pillows and sheets, mega cozy spaces. An apartment that brought us peace, lightness and coziness of Grandma's house, this was the feeling that my friends and I felt and shared with Dona Inete as we stayed there. We love the experience. Very well located place, we feel safe during the days of stay. And what about Dona Inete?? An extremely friendly, helpful, attentive person; brought us up to cheese bread when we arrived because we were hungry. She was super wonderful from the reserve to when we left there. Gratitude only!!

Cleanliness, communication and location 10/10

It was great! Very well received, 1km from the boardwalk, so great for walking. The apartment was well organized and clean! I had an excellent stay.

The father of Lívia received us with great sympathy at the door of the building and took us to the apartment,giving us all the necessary explanations, tips from the region, etc. Everything in the apartment is sanitized, labeled, with explanations for use, dated with information about when the cleaning of each item was carried out, such as the air conditioning, the water filter, etc. The place is quiet. The place is very well equipped, it has a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, coffee maker, etc. It also had basic items for use in the kitchen, such as oil, olive oil, sugar, coffee, cookies and even a cold cola in the fridge. It also has towels and bedding, all very clean and smelling. As we were 4 adults and a small child, we need duvets and an extra pillow for my child to sleep on the floor, Livia's father, attended us quickly and very kindly.The apt is very safe for a small child,has screens on the balcony and in all the windows.

We loved the apartment. It was neatly tidy, new pillows. Everything very clean and fragrant. The place is very quiet. The first day we had to work and wi-fi worked great for meetings. The location is good, you can walk to the beach. The doormen are very kind and considerate. If we have a chance, we will definitely come back.

The infrastructure of the condominium is perfect the kitchen of the apartment is very complete! My son says it's the favorite holiday home! We will definitely return several times!!!

We had a brilliant stay at the flat. It was as described and had everything we needed. The location is ideal if you would like to be close to the beach and it's not too far from restaurants and shops.
