Incredible apartment, with a 10/10 view of the Christ, Sugar Loaf..., we even made a blog showing our stay at the accommodation since the mornings were dreamlike. Located in one of the best areas of RJ, very safe, where you can move around all day without worries. The host made it easy for us to check out and other things.

Great place for short or long stay in beautiful neighborhood, 10 minutes from the beach. We've had a really nice time there.

Perfect apartment! Very tasteful architecture and decoration and with a wonderful view! Think of a relaxing experience, you can read a book and have a coffee in that armchair overlooking the lagoon! We were delighted. I would like to mention Leonardo, who prepared everything for us to have an unforgettable stay. We were greeted with a glass of wine and he even took care to leave coffee capsules for every day of our stay. It's that care that makes the difference! Thank you Leonardo! From the first contact, Moacyr was a great host, he gave us attention and was very affectionate to receive us. The environment was impeccable, very clean and organized, super comfortable. The stay had very positive points and some aspects that did not disturb us considerably, but that could be improved for future guests. Airton's solicitude was a highlight, always very attentive and ready to help, and we still received a treat. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which was great for us to stay connected. The pool and barbecue area is really a very nice and well equipped space. The kitchen is wonderful, well equipped and functional. Having air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room made all the difference for comfort. Points to Improve: Only two mouths of the stove were working, the microwave was rusting and we missed a coffee maker. There are many mosquitoes on site, it is essential to carry repellent and a racket. The cleanliness of the house can be improved as we find several strands of hair on the floor. The constant presence of three dogs in the side corridor next to one of the rooms, with frequent barking upset a little.

Great house, very spacious, clean and organized. It has the basic and necessary items for the stay. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, close to the beach, 5 minutes walking distance. I went with my family to spend a few days of vacation. My husband, my children, my mother and my in-laws loved it, they were wonderful days. Mr. Renato was very attentive and kind. E Alzira, who welcomed us, was very helpful and gave us several tips of the place, the beaches and local shops. I recommend it and we'll be back on another occasion when you can.

Rocha has always been helpful to remove all my doubts and Charles, the homemaker, welcomed us very well, always very attentive and helpful. The house is perfect, everything was clean and organized, the location is great and we don't need to leave the house for practically nothing. I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back!

A house with soul. 🤎 Ângela is the one who manages the space and has been in contact with me since the act of booking. It was a trip to reunite the family at Christmas and she appointed me amazing suppliers! from Vanessa (who took care of the cleaning and the delicious food of the day to day), passing by the extraordinary chef Roseni (who signed the best Christmas dinner I've ever offered), to the variety store for me to arrange a few Santa treats! Rs. You feel the details of love in every corner. Kitchen with what you need, running electronics and great beds. The TV Room is a private cinema and the rooms, without defect. House well divided, spacious and with privacy. Each one goes to their corner, with their bathroom, and then finds themselves in the common areas. Perfect for group travel. These were memorable days that pleased the older children! 5 stars is little for what Dani's house offers. If you're a good guest and you value a good house for good people: you've arrived in the right place!

Karin and Marcellos house is an absolute paradise in Niteroi. It is calm and you get the feeling of living in the rain-forrest, in the middle of Rio de Janeiro. We saw monkeys, gamba (possum) and a tucan flying over several times. Karin and Marcello are amazing hosts, we felt welcome and well looked after during our entire stay, very responsive and helpfull. A shame that it is not possible to award more stars than 5.

It was a great experience overall. We were a large group with children and dog and the house accommodated us perfectly. Standout for silence!! My only recommendation is to bring repellent and insecticide, because in the evening there is a lot of mosquito. But nothing that compromises the experience (:

Great accommodation, I felt at home, spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen, were provided towels, pillows and sheets, mega cozy spaces. The hosts were very requested in everything, including in relation to check-in, which was ultimately super easy, as was the checkout About location, in the same block there are markets, gas station and pharmacy. A few minutes walk away, there is a mall, quadra, ferry, extra market and several amazing niteroi museums.

The apartment is like the photos, super cozy, with everything needed for a quiet stay. It had hot water, utensils, etc; And the location was a super positive point.
