The home was beautiful. And I love the master bedroom I felt like a queen walking into the room private bathroom. Big backyard. Everything was fabulous and next time I go back I will stay there again if available.

Nice place tucked into a quiet, safe neighborhood. Backyard was outstanding. (We wish the weather had cooperated so we could have spent more time outside) One level home with comfy beds and furniture throughout. Kitchen was spacious and clean. Plenty of extra towels and blankets.

Staying at the Grand Kimball Lodge was fantastic! From Bob's proactive communication to his flexibility around check in times, the stay was as seamless as it was memorable. We had a group of 9 and everyone had their own bed, which is rare being so centrally located. The sauna was an excellent bonus, and we'd be happy to come back, thanks again!

Such a great spot and so close to good coffee and on a beautiful tree lined street. Street parking was a breeze and our party of three each felt like we had privacy in our rooms!

We had a great stay overall. From start to finish, Kailash was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. We needed a long-term stay with 2 big dogs, and this house worked great for us. We didn't get to use the pool much because the weather didn't cooperate, but the pool and patio area are gorgeous. The location is great, close to everything - grocery stores, restaurants, etc. There is a trail behind the house (accessible through a gate in the back yard), and it leads to a beautiful and huge forest preserve - beautiful for walks/hikes in the woods! The kitchen was a great space for us, and it had everything we might need for cooking, etc. The house was very comfortable for our family, and we would come again. Thank you, Kailash!

Stayed here for my girls trip and it was a super convenient location! It was our first time visiting Chicago, and it was perfect. Had the most beautiful view we loved the private patio. Beds were all comfy and the hosts were extremely communicative the entire stay. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Chicago! The space was beautifully designed, comfortable, and exactly as described. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the refrigerated breakfast items, earplugs, and eye mask. Our host was responsive and made check-in and checkout seamless. We had a great stay! The place was exactly as shown in the listing—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had some minor issues with the digital locks, but the host was always very quick and helpful in resolving them. Overall, a very positive experience and we’d definitely recommend it!

Great place and easy to work with.

We really enjoyed our time, it was a beautiful place with stellar views and Great location. It felt pretty spacious and posh. The unit had an issue with the AC but the host was responsive and coordinated with the building management for us to have them come out twice, the first time almost immediately late at night and then again the following day to fix and replace the thermostat. Checkin and checkout instructions contradicted one another on different sources, but we were able to figure it out and reach someone. The process was flexible. There were views from almost every room with nice fixtures and finishes inside to compliment the gorgeous exterior. We came for a few days so we did not utilize the gym but it seemed nice and tenants were using it. The pool deck was pretty nice as well, we only used for a little time since it was a colder time. You couldn't hear any neighbors next to you or on the deck above. We would stay here again, and almost looked into extending our stay.

it was our second time staying there and everything was as perfect as the first. will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to Chicago

perfect place to stay for a night, passing through with a dog. great back yard. loved the TV being downstairs so i could sleep while hubby started up late visiting with his childhood friend who lives local. thank you!

A Solid place to stay, it's obvious some thought was put into furnishing the place. Although we didn't need it, hair dryer, curling iron, baby play pen, and iron are all available. The space is well taken care of and offers plenty of space to be together or to be alone for some quite downtime. We almost booked a hotel, really happy we choose this space instead.

Words can’t describe how beautiful and clean the property and neighborhood is! The house is very spacious and modern. The basement is new, has a big room and bathroom with shower. The masters bedroom has a living room and GORGEOUS bathroom! The host provided cleaning supplies and even personal bathroom supplies for men and woman. The host was very nice and friendly 🥰 We had an incident with our previous AIRBNB and we had to rent this one last minute- The host responded at 1am letting us checked in at 1am. If you plan on staying here, please take care of it lol It’s such a lovely house! 100% Recommend!

It was as pictured and suited our needs. Clean and well organized. When we reached out we were responded to promptly and thoroughly. The location is good and walkable. If planning to go to Navy Pier or the Miracle Mile to go shopping (or something in that general area of Chicago), expect about a 40 - 60 min drive.

My stayed was excellent. Very nice neighborhood. The only thing is I can hear the when they walked from the unit above me or any other noises. otherwise everything else was was perfect

We found this place after canceling a sketchy place we were originally planning to stay at. The place was very clean and clutter free. Everything was within 20-40 minute drive with Chicago’s traffic. He had very clear instructions and rules. Great place at a great price!
