It has a large living room with direct access to a south-facing terrace and a large garden. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as a dormitory with 3 single beds to accommodate you as well as a meadow for your horses.

Located 2 hours from Paris and in close proximity to many charming villages and medium sized towns. Enjoy activities for all ages such as forest walks, swimming at the nearby lake, wine tasting, hiking, tree climbing etc Boulangery, charcuterie, supermarket and wine bar at 3 km from the house.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Ideal for relaxing with the family, you will find all the comforts you need indoors and outdoors. Its garden is perfect for meals or moments of rest, its main asset is the magnificent and unobstructed view. Pets are also allowed. You can park your vehicles in the parking lot and bikes in an outbuilding.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Manoir de Thiot, Gîte sur Loire, Nevers, Burgundy

Built in the 16th century on the banks of the Loire, the Manoir de Thiot and its outbuildings stand in a peaceful and green country setting. Just minutes from Nevers, the 3 ha estate is a beautiful vestige of a part of Burgundian history that we took care to restore in 2020. It is decorated with a large heated pool from the end of April to the beginning of October (if night temperatures exceed 10°), as well as a beautiful garden.
