Our two-tiered approach

A wonderfully bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With In the garden a swimming pool with large sun terrace. In 2024, converted into a holiday home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farmhouse with new elements like a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is at the edge of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will find peace here, the beautiful countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Kingfisher Cabin

Welkom bij Kingfisher Cabin! Kom heerlijk ontspannen in onze geheel gerenoveerde cabin, omgeven door prachtige natuur. De cabin staat aan het begin van ons erf, gelegen aan een doodlopende weg. De cabin ligt geheel privé met een eigen ruime tuin (1200 m2). Om af te koelen tijdens de zomerdagen, kan er gebruik gemaakt worden van ons gedeelde zwembad met terras en prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving. Het dichtstbijzijnde dorp Saint-Saulge ligt op 1,5 km met een supermarkt, bakker en café.

Large renovated farmhouse with heated pool

Our beautifully renovated farmhouse set in a quiet rural part of Burgundy, not far from the Sancerre/Pouilly wine country. It has a huge garden and terrace, large swimming pool (May-October), trampoline and swings (and space to make huts and play hide and seek!). Peaceful evenings star-gazing, sitting under the pergola as you barbecue whilst drinking locally wine, after taking leisurely strolls or bike rides around the country lanes is what it is all about!

Patricia's Garden

rental in a very nice garden with the possibility, in summer, to eat outside. Very quiet, surrounded by nature. Ground floor: fitted kitchen, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, fridge, 2-burner gas stove, coffee maker etc. Entrance with wardrobe, upstairs large room approximately 40 m2 in the attic, double sofa bed, 3 single beds plus a baby bed, TV. Bathroom with bathtub and toilet, changing table. Heating by electric radiators.

Manoir de Thiot, Gîte sur Loire, Nevers, Burgundy

Built in the 16th century on the banks of the Loire, the Manoir de Thiot and its outbuildings stand in a peaceful and green country setting. Just minutes from Nevers, the 3 ha estate is a beautiful vestige of a part of Burgundian history that we took care to restore in 2020. It is decorated with a large heated pool from the end of April to the beginning of October (if night temperatures exceed 10°), as well as a beautiful garden.
