Holiday rentals with a patio in Nièvre

The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, well laid out. The bedding is great. Located shortly after the village, the place is peaceful, charming. The property is bordered by a beautiful terrain; lawn, wood, water feature invite you to squeeze along a course made by our Host. Skilledly placed tables and chairs allow you to enjoy the sun or the freshness of the undergrowth, the landscape. Sharing breakfast outside, having a snack or just opening a book is a pleasure. Bakery, grocery, restaurant are a 5 minute drive away. The welcome is warm, Christophe is at our disposal and attentive so that our stay is pleasant. The cottage can be suitable for both a family and lovers looking for a cozy nest.

For the May vacation, I had a few days to visit La Charité sur Loire. When looking for a place to stay, my eye quickly fell on this beautiful apartment. The photos showed a very cozy and cozy apartment that was also in the middle of the city center....a booking was done quickly. The contact with Pauline was great and we got a lot of tips about the area and the town itself. The apartment is super complete, everything you are looking for can be found there and it is fully equipped and super clean and cared for. It has a nice terrace by the bedroom and you can also sit downstairs very quietly on a very stylishly furnished patio. And with a few steps you are in the beautiful center of La Charité sur Loire. I highly recommend this!

quiet accommodation is peaceful close to all shops as well as several places that offer activities relaxing evening walk. the accommodation was comfortable rather well decorated with wifi TV channel the little plus the outdoor courtyard:) . I highly recommend this accommodation

Great place, no outside noise but only problem the door closes extremely difficult to close it. Very Cosi accommodation, a little small for two people but it goes for one person. Everything is fine and as I said alone the door is a problem.

Beautiful accommodation in the first earthenware factory of Nevers with very interesting exposed beams

Packed! A chalet located in a green corner, where the songs of birds, the many surrounding oaks and the nearby Loire invite you to well-being and relaxation. The host has planned everything: the cottage lacks nothing. An ideal refuge for a getaway for two to discover the biodiversity and lively shores of the royal river, for which this type of accommodation is an ideal refuge. An arrival in complete autonomy, particularly appreciable, like the discretion and total respect of the host. I recommend it.

Central location in Pouilly-sur-Loire. Shops within walking distance (50 m, bakery and convenience store). Banks of the Loire for strolling 100m away. Ideal for visiting the region (Charité-sur-Loire, Sancerre, Nevers) and touring some winemakers. Nice and well-equipped house, with private parking in the courtyard.

The loveliest people and such a beautiful place. You can easily travel to beautiful towns and countryside, but you are just as well staying and relaxing in this gorgeous gite. I would definitely stay again. It is even nicer than the listing.

Fantastic house with a super garden! The distance to the village is walkable: about half an hour. So a little further than the description says.

We had a great time at David's place. The house offers a real moment of calm in the middle of nature. The spaces in the house are very warm. I would definitely recommend David's house and we'll be happy to come back.
