Enjoy our newly renovated home with your family and friends à POIL 30 min from le Creusot tgv train station, (1h15 from Paris Gare de Lyon ). It is unique to others homes as it was a local café/tabac prior to becoming a private home. We provide a fully equipped open kitchen, 6 bedrooms, large living area, 3 bathrooms. There is a large outdoor space to enjoy a BBQ. We also provide activities: a protected swimming pool, pingpong, trampoline, basketball, petanque, and our unique club de Poil.

Votre demeure est une dépendance du chàteau St Innocent.... Celle ci a son accès indépendant de l 'entrée du chàteau, et est separée par un mur vous garantissant calme et bien-ètre... Voici l historique de la propriété: Dans le bourg de Sommant, non loin de l'église et des châteaux de Vareille et de Vallogne, la demeure bourgeoise appelée localement St Innocent ou château de St Innocent, fut construite en 1789 par Pierre Mathieu Quarré, sieur de Charnay, lieutenant au régiment d'Aquitaine.

Passez un agréable séjour dans cet hébergement confortable. Ancien moulin à farine en pierre, la propriété se trouve sur un terrain de 2 hectares dont 1 hectare d'eau. La baignade et la pêche ne sont pas autorisées. Les promenades dans le parc vous offriront le calme et le silence d'une nature parfois centenaire. Profitez de ce havre de paix le temps d'un week end, d'un séjour en famille. Il est aussi possible de louer le Moulin à l'année du 1er septembre au 30 juin.

Unusual manor at the gates of Morvan, Burgundy.

In a small village preserved and sheltered from summer crowds, an authentic manor house of 400 m2 (foundations of the 14th century) with 18th century tower on enclosed land of 3000 m2. You will appreciate its old furniture overlooking the weather... but if you only like the modern or fake vintage we advise you not to book! The number of places indicated is 16, but with the double beds you can go up to 21 no problem. Let me know your plans and I find the solutions!
