Vous avez accès à toute la maison et au terrain d'environ 1000 m2. Le lac est à côté en traversant un champ et vous avez la possibilité de vous baigner et de faire du canoë que nous mettons à disposition. Gite 6 people (80m²) with large terrace in house with two independent cottages with garden. Located at the bottom of a cul-de-sac on the edge of the forest, the environment is ideal for families with children. The shores and beaches of Lac des Settons (Branlasses peninsula) are less than 700m away, allowing swimming, water sports at the nautical base (paddleboarding, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, mountain biking, eBike) or fishing. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.

Our lovely house is comfortable and pleasant to live in. You will love relaxing in this quiet place, surrounded by countryside and nature, have a look at stars in the sky and breathe pur air. It will bring happiness to fans of forest, fishing, hunting, Bourgogne's gastronomy, architecture, History, racetrack, zoo and park. It is perfect for couples, lonely travellers, families with children and pets. A new pond has been created for nature and fishing lovelers.

Come and relax in our waterfront home. Very quiet setting near the Merle, Baye and Vaux ponds as well as the Canal du Nivernais and the Morvan Regional Park where all kinds of activities are available to you such as fishing, water sports, swimming, hiking or biking. The proximity of the Pond means we do not recommend this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (sheets, towels...).
