Holiday rentals with lake access in Nièvre

Pleasant and relaxing stay in the middle of nature: fishing, amusement park, walking, pizzas cooked in the bread oven... Very helpful hosts, comfortable cottage very well equipped, we will gladly return to test the Jacuzzi 😉

There were four of us occupying 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom upstairs. Please note, access to this room is via a fairly steep staircase, there is no water point or toilet upstairs. Kitchen is well-equipped. House is easily accessible, Gabrielle offered to go see a show which we were very happy with. We were completely satisfied with our visit and our stay at Gabrielle's.

Chantal and Alain are very welcoming, give advice on visits. The linen smells very good, it's nice. Only small downside for me, 2 bedrooms in a row, you have to cross the first bedroom to go to the toilet at night, otherwise everything was ok ☺️

We had a lovely week surrounded by nature and we will be back without hesitation! The cottage has a lot of charm and perfectly matched our expectations.

we spent 2 nights in this beautiful house very well done and with great taste . a very nice welcome a peaceful environment, a magnificent view. a place not to be missed , and if I have to go back to this area , in hesitation I will choose this house . little plus chickens and rabbit in the wild and holding us company from time to time .

Very nice, quiet cottage. The proximity to the owner is not a problem, especially since Florence is very welcoming, available and accommodating on arrival and departure times. Everything is perfect. It is a cottage to recommend.

Thank you to the three young girls who welcomed us with kindness and helpfulness, beyond the opening time of the reception. The only shame, for cyclists who travel light, is that towels are not provided. Otherwise that's great!

Context: 2-night professional stay on a weekend. Listing as described. There's nothing missing. Bedroom bedding in very good condition and clean. The apartment was overall very clean. The hosts seem to have taken the few reviews on this subject into account to restore their level of requirement. Effective end-to-end communication (I booked a few hours before my arrival). Very good stay at Guy's, who was friendly and very accommodating! Cute accommodation, perfect for 4 adults, with a very nice terrace on sunny days. Very nice little village. Functional and quiet. I recommend it with pleasure.

Chantal and Nigel were great hosts. Very kind, friendly and generous. On hand to help with recommendations. Great location and very peaceful. Had a lovely cycle along the canal and river. Very welcome to have air conditioning in the heat.

We had a very pleasant stay in Séverine's accommodation, with the advantage of being very very well insulated from the heat despite the high temperatures at the time of our arrival. The entire property corresponds in all respects to the description, I would recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rogers lovely cottage. The house has been very tastefully renovated and indeed the photos on the website do not do it justice! We felt very much at home in this very clean and well-equipped house with all the home comforts. Roger made sure our stay was no hassle with clear and helpful instructions. He answered quickly to all our messages. Thanks for a lovely few days in such a peaceful and calm setting.

Lovely place - very comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful gardens and places to relax. Yves and Christine are always available to help if needed but also respect guest privacy. Great bike rides in the area and Clamecy is a sweet town; also recommend Dijon and Auxerre for visiting.

The place was in a great location. The restaurant and bakery were within a 5-minute walk. Nigel is very accommodating with our arrival schedule and he had prepared the jacuzzi for the same day. Beyond his very functional and very well-equipped accommodation, Nigel is a very interesting and very friendly person. We recommend this beautiful place to unwind from everyday life.
