We loved staying here! Plenty of space for our family of 6, including one little one. It was exactly as pictured and well-stocked with spices in the kitchen and shampoo etc in the bathroom! Beds were super comfy and we loved how close it was to the lake, restaurants, and a playground. Would definitely stay here again!!

Wally was a great host! He was responsive and accommodating. His place was exactly as listed. We were a larger group but everyone was comfortable during our stay. His home was relatively close to Boston's most popular points of interests without being in the hustle and bustle of the city. We will definitely be back and highly recommended.

We had an excellent time! Accomodations were just as the pics displayed. Bedding was very comfortable! Furniture was also very pretty and comfortable. Host was great. First class everything. We were traveling in a group of 6 adults and 2 babies. All needs were met, everyone had their space. Bathrooms were very nice! Great house.

This was the perfect stay for our family of 3 with two furry babies. The location is both crazy convenient (20min to the North End, right on the 93/95 interchange) but also quiet. The space was free of clutter but also had TONS of amenities (toys, washer/dryer, ironing board/iron, toiletries, coffee, etc.). Smart tv in both rooms worked great. Propane grill and outdoor fireplace were awesome. Check in/out was a breeze and they let us check in early for a fee. Bed was very comfy and shower water pressure was incredible. They even provided a pack n play for our kiddo. There is a dog park 4 min away that is great for the dogs too (clean, shaded, large). Right around the corner from anything you’d need. Hosts were very responsive and friendly! Would definitely recommend and will be staying again when we come back to see family!

Great stay: - Easy check-in/access — we arrived very late at night and entry was well lit and straightforward - House was cozy with effective and responsive heating (we stayed during cold weather, so this was a big deal) - Clean house, comfy beds, variety of pillows (soft to v hard) - Easy check-out with zero weird instructions/requests - Host super communicative for basic Q&A I’d book again! Second time staying here. Our favorite place out of all the homes we’ve stayed at. Super clean, comfy beds, and huge kitchen. Karen is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be back.

My family and I were fortunate enough to spend the thanksgiving holiday here. It was the perfect space for a group gathering. Would highly recommend!

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

Beautiful house in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was amazing! Very walkable to Bearskin Neck and Old Garden Beach. We had a few little glitches the first night, but Rachel was very responsive and everything was perfect within 24 hours. Would absolutely be happy to stay there again. To future guests: Rockport is light on grocery stores, so even though most things are walkable, for groceries you might want a car.

Thoroughly delightful stay. Spacious. Immaculate. Comfortable. Generously stocked by Maxine with refrigerator and pantry items. Super comfortable beds and linens. Hosted an extended family dinner and had everything we could possibly need in kitchen and cabinets. Already planning our return. Maxine is communicative, responsive, helpful. The check-in process was so smooth and finding the place was super easy! The house was absolutely gorgeous and accommodating for us to stay the night. We wished we could have stayed to enjoy the amenities that were part of the campground! The location was perfect for us to be able to go to our concert the night of check in! We will definitely be back in our future travels!

The accommodations were attractive and comfortable--just as described and pictured in the listing. It was perfect for our family in terms of location and space. The grounds are quiet and peaceful with a beautiful pool that was very inviting but unfortunately the weather was still a little cool for a swim. Ian was great with communication and a warm and welcoming host. We were very pleased with our stay.

We were very happy with this place! Very spacious, clean and convenient to BC! Nicely decorated! We stayed here for graduation and it worked out perfectly!! With the 4 bedrooms & 2 baths, large living and dining areas we were able to fit our group comfortably! We really appreciate how responsive the host was. Definitely will stay again!!

My family had a nice stay at Nancy's place. The apartment is spacious and has a really good living space where we could have dinners and enjoy each other's company. The location is the only minus point for me since Watertown is very residential, but this was a compromise worth taking for a slightly cheaper accommodation in a very busy period for Graduation!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, spacious, and in a great location (walkable restaurants and driving distance). The host is also incredibly fast in communication. We had a slight issue with a bedroom door locking accidentally, and the host was able to help resolve our issue within minutes. The Airbnb was incredible for the price and location. If we could stay again, we would most definitely do so.

While at Quontay’s place, I felt very at home. It is a very high vibrational space where you can relax, find rejuvenation, support and healing. It’s a mini retreat for your soul.

We had only a couple nights to spend in the Boston area and thought Heidi's place was perfect for our needs. It is clean, well-decorated and had everything we needed to cook a few meals in for our family as well as get good rest. It is close to nice parks and playgrounds as well as grocery and convenience stores, and only a short drive to downtown if not a high-traffic time. I appreciate her coffee bar set up as well as the availability of a pack-n-play for our infant. We would stay there again!

The other reviews are correct - this is such a lovely Airbnb! It was very clean and peaceful, the beds were comfy, the hosts were super hospitable and responsive and even our teenager asked if we could stay there again (that is high praise). We were already familiar with the convenient location, so we knew it would work for our needs. As we told Mandy, our only regret was not having more time to spend there. We definitely plan to return in the future!

Tim was awesome and the house was great! Close to lots of awesome restaurants and a beautiful neighborhood. 5 star service and 5 star place to stay.
