Perfect place for our family Christmas in Atlanta. We all loved the social kitchen, lovely living spaces lined with books and comfortable bedrooms. We really appreciated being able to stay in a real family home over the holidays. Plus the hot tub was a nice added perk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The grounds and surrounding area are so pretty and peaceful. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful, and quick to respond both before and during our stay. Loved the hot tub too!

This place was perfect! Spacious, clean and the hot tub was a huge bonus! It was in the perfect location. The response time was quick and extremely helpful. We felt safe and secure the entire stay. Everyone slept comfortably with all the space and beds available. 10 out 10 would recommend.

We so enjoyed our stay at Gary's home!!! Once or twice each year we find a central location for our Florida and South Carolina children and grandchildren to be together. Gary's beautiful home on one of the most gorgeous lots on the lake was the perfect accommodation. Everything was exactly as advertised! The space was ideal for 7 adults and 3 grandchildren. You can expect exactly what you see in the photos and even more impressive in person! We enjoyed relaxing on the dock, in the hammock & sitting by the lake at sunset. Gary was the perfect host! This was a return stay at Ande's place and it was fantastic just like the previous stay. Their place is neatly tucked away from the main road and a short walk / drive from plenty of restaurants and stores. The place itself is kept very tidy and clean, quiet and perfect for spring & summer weather enjoyment. Check in is easy and Ande is a very responsive host. 10 of 10 would recommend staying here if you're in the Athens area. Thank you, Ande!

We had a great time. Our local family visited us while we were there and enjoyed the farm as much as we did. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the porch, fishing, and enjoying family. The house and property is beautiful. I hope we can return soon.

Dawn’s place was perfect - quiet, quaint, clean and in a prime Decatur location. No notes! We could not have asked for a better stay, Dawn was lovely and communicative!

Only good things to say...it's a beautiful home in a cute neighborhood, extremely clean & had everything we needed. Hosts are super responsive and found something we accidentally left and kindly are helping us reunite with this sentimental object. The beds were very comfortable! We hope it is available next time the extended family comes, they loved this place!

Great place

David's basement was as described and is in a private quiet area. Plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. David's girlfriend, Sandi, was extremely accommodating and would check in on me periodically to ask what would make my stay better. The hosts are very communicative and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean and peaceful home away from home.

Kay was a great host. Place was clean, comfortable, roomy, and well appointed. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping. We came in for a Georgia football game and found the location to be convenient to Athens. Look forward to future stays. Highly recommend!

We did an extended stay. The place is fantastic! Exactly as described, plenty of space and all the amenities you need to feel at home. Super comfortable beds and the patio overlooking the pool was a great spot for outdoor meals. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a longer stay!

Sara was a great host! We needed to evacuate our home in Florida due to hurricane Milton and she was a great help in finding us a well accommodated listing for our needs. The house is in a very cute, quiet neighborhood and is close to shopping places. We enjoyed relaxing outside in the backyard for a majority of our time! Thank you Sara! If we are ever in the area again we would love to stay!

Nice place close to Atlanta and Stone Mountain

Evanel is extremely responsive. The unit is situated in a safe gated community. The nice furniture and the Netflix ready TV is a very nice touch. I highly recommend this if you want some peace and quiet. It's only about 25 minutes away from downtown and Buckhead. Great experience overall!
