I have been staying at Grace’s place for almost 4 years while my daughter attended college. Never had any issues. The apartment was always clean and had everything you need to feel right at home. The location is awesome! Close to everything…Emory, Downtown Atlanta, shopping, etc. Grace has always been wonderful, very responsive and accommodating!! She is an awesome host! Will definitely be staying again whenever I’m back in Atlanta.

Gail’s place was perfect for my week-long intensive class at Emory—close, convenient, clean, had everything I needed. She was a fabulous host, offering clear instructions for check in and out and even some suggestions on places to eat. The bedding and accommodations were comfortable. Great mini-kitchen. I hope to stay again!

Thank you so much to Juana for hosting us in Athens for our daughter’s graduation. Her cottage is so cute and is in a very peaceful location, still very close to the stadium, restaurants and downtown. Both the bed and the cot were very comfortable. I would definitely pick this location again for our next trip. 😊

This was my second stay at this lovely cottage, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The space is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully set up with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. Fresh linens and towels were provided, and the separate bedroom from the main living area gave it a nice sense of space and privacy. The kitchenette and dining table made it easy to enjoy meals in, and everything was well maintained and spotless. The location is ideal—central and just a short distance from the UGA campus. The owner greeted me upon arrival, which added a personal and welcoming touch. I’d definitely stay here again!

David and Janet were the absolute best hosts and could not have been more accommodating. We arrived, got settled in and before we knew it Janet was showing the kids the animals on the property. They had 2 donkeys, 2 goats, chickens, a friendly dog and one rather large family cat, lol. David introduced us to carpet ball which we loved. David and Janet had a huge pool we were able to enjoy with tons of pool toys. We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay. We were in GA for 4 days and our only regret was we couldn’t stay all 4 days there! For sure will be back. 

Dawn’s place was perfect - quiet, quaint, clean and in a prime Decatur location. No notes! We could not have asked for a better stay, Dawn was lovely and communicative!

Very cozy property, however, well kept and private. Hosts were very responsive and courteous; would definitely stay again.

As always, this place is fantastic. The surroundings are so peaceful and it's a great place to relax away from it all. The hosts are also some of the best I've ever had.

Beautiful place, very nice hosts, everything you need for a short stay. Address was a little hard to find because the mailbox was buried in a bush. The stairs into the apartment/basement are very steep so you must be able to use them.

I had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable and safe here! Response time was quick and there were no issues while staying. Very cute and clean functional place. Loved how detailed the host were! I was surprised to find all different types of coffees, organic cane sugar, popcorn and I’m pretty sure I saw oatmeal as well as an option if one so desired. I loved the layout of the space and it worked perfect for what I needed! All instructions were very clear and things were easy to find inside. I would for sure rent this place out again should I find myself back in ATL!

The cozy cottage was a perfect choice for myself. It was peaceful and quiet, and comfortable. Melanie put a lot of thought into the cottage.

Although we had some technical difficulties because of a storm that came through the day before we arrived, the location was just like it looks in the pictures and Brandi did everything she could to try to accommodate us. This is a VERY private cozy spot. Very clean and modern. There are steps but it’s clear in the description. 5 stars for sure.

I’ve stayed in gobs of AirBnb rentals, but this cottage may be the cutest! The owner has created a perfect little space for a couples’ getaway - the decor is so tasteful, the bathroom is clean and modern, and the bed is very comfortable. We appreciated all the extras, as well; she provided a snack basket, coffee and a water filter. The hot tub was nice and private, and the location was great for walking around town. Our stay was perfect!

recommended! another great stay at William's Carriage House. I was glad to have both regular and decaf coffee K-Cups. I really appreciated the video of how to use the air conditioner and heater thermostat. also, the written instructions about various things were very helpful. I flew in, took Marta rail to the Decatur station, walked to Kelly's Market, about three blocks from the station, and then to William's place, about three more blocks. most of the sidewalks are very pedestrian friendly, and it was a real pleasure walking around the Beautiful streets, even with my roll aboard suitcase, and backpack. the rail was very easy to use, inexpensive, safe, and people were very friendly and helpful with the two questions I had. I'm looking forward to making the exact same trip again!

This is the second time we stayed at Katherine’s Little Guest House, and it was just as delightful a stay as the first time! We absolutely plan on coming back to her charming guest house again and highly recommend it for any trip to Athens! My goodness is this place precious. From the permaculture garden, to the mighty fig trees, to the landscaping, to the gorgeous weathered board and batten studio and the adorable cottage/apartment house. We will book here every time my daughter attends soccer camp! They have created quite the oasis! We felt secluded but we were just a hop, skip and a jump to all the things. I also loved all the sculptures throughout the garden. Well done!

Like being back home. It was exactly what I wanted; right on point. Location allows for easy access to downtown Decatur without having to sit in Atlanta's gridlock. I highly recommend it.

This place was perfect for my man to work during the week, it was spacious and furnished with great detail. Our stay was so comfortable, I’d definitely book here when i come back to ATL! I think this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Rick is an amazing host. So personable, responsive and really cool. Works with you as well so you can have the best trip possible. The home was very clean and we enjoyed the hot tub so much. We were able to cook and it just really felt like home. We wanted to actually extend our stay but the listing is in popular demand which I definitely get why so book ASAP. I would definitely come back here whenever I visit ATL again! Thank you Rick for creating such a great space!

The guesthouse made me feel like I was on a mini vacation. The view is amazing and finding the place was so easy. Michael’s YouTube directions was on point to know what to do during your stay. The bed and the bathroom is so pretty and great details on the wall of the flamingo cans. I honestly didn’t need much. Coming back to stay soon. Thanks again rating this place 1000 star.
