Riverside is nothing short of spectacular. Lydia's place has everything you could ever need and more. She clearly wants her guests to feel welcomed and at home. The property itself is well cared for and very clean, it's private, the setting is serene and calm and the views are incredible...I honestly did not want to leave! Lydia is sweet and friendly, very helpful and responsive... the perfect host! A 5 star experience on every level...thanks so much Lydia, I will definetely be back! 😊

My husband & I stayed at this home for a week & enjoyed every moment we were there. It truly felt like home, so cozy & welcoming & the neighbourhood is lovely. And the view is more than amazing, it’s spectacular ! My husband especially loved the hot tub, which he utilized every day, sometimes twice. We also appreciated the location, as we felt it was pretty central to all of the places we wanted to visit. We can honestly say, if/when we return to St. John’s, we would, most definitely, want to stay here again ! Our stay in Amanda's home surpassed all expectations! From graciously allowing us to check in early, to intuitively answering every question, about the home and area, before we could even think to ask it, Amanda was the perfect host. All of the stress of travel was taken away the moment we stepped in the door. And then, just a few steps from the front porch, is the gorgeous deer lake beach to explore. We will be back!

Andrew’s place and Francois is an absolute treasure of this world. The views from Andrew’s Airbnb are phenomenal and close the many walking trails. Andrew was very responsive and helpful with all that I had to know about Francois and there were no ‘stupid questions’ as he answered them all mine thoroughly. Francois is a must on everyone’s bucket list, the views are some that you can only dream of. The walking trails are meticulously maintained and crafted. Also, the citizens of Francois are ‘real Canadians’ kind, caring, compassionate and respectful. Andrew’s grandparents even went to far as to make me a bowl of soup for me first night and some Christmas squares. Thanks again for that 😇. All in all I highly recommend everyone visit Francois for minimum 1 day 2 nights in their life, and encourage you to choose Andrew’s Place as your accommodation. Francois Newfoundland surely is heaven on earth.

We stayed here for almost 2 months while we were in between places. Mark’s place truly felt like home away from home. It was clean and well stocked when we arrived and had everything we needed to get settled in. Definitely would stay here again as we have become attached to this sweet little place. The perfect stay, hosted by the nicest couple, in the beautiful Quidi Vidi area. It was such a pleasure! The apartment was ideal for my longer stay, as it's very "livable" - fully equipped with some nice decorative touches that really make it stand out and feel like home. The location is right above the lake, and there are many hiking trails nearby. I especially enjoyed jogging the trail from QV lake to Virginia lake, next to the river. Above all, Beckie and Erwin are great hosts and great people. Overall, highly recommended!

Staying at Paul's was the most amazing thing for my whole trip. Playing some pool, having BBQ hanging out with friends and relaxing in a room with wonderful view recharged us from exhausting weekdays. Paul is really kind introducing his house and closing landscapes. We had a great time there!

From the time I saw the house to when I walked in the door I knew I was home. Very comfortable and great information about the surrounding area. It was a pity we did not have longer to stay as it was a very relaxing quiet place. I will be sure to recommend Andrea and Colins place to anyone who is planning on coming out for a visit.

Beautiful location. Cozy cabin. Very quiet. Nestled in nature. Screened-in porch was lovely for both sunrise and sunset watching. We loved the private beach close by. Lots of access to Cape Breton Highlands national park. Middle Head Trail was a favorite.

Very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The area is beautiful and quiet. The kayaks are great to paddle around in the calm water, and the fire pit is perfect for cooler evenings. We had numerous cloudy days and no trouble with the solar power. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.

We loved it and can’t wait to come back and enjoy the fall colours. If you’re looking for a true cabin experience with all the amenities, this is for you!

We absolutely loved this cottage! Everything was exactly as pictured, communication was almost instant. Everything we needed was at our finger tips with step by step instructions for anything we had questions about. We had the perfect weekend and even booked an extra night last minute.

Great spot for exploring Gros Morne. You can easily access both the Woody Point and Rocky Harbour sides of the park with Stacey's spot as a great mid point! There is also Deer Lake for groceries, alcohol, and anything else you may need only 25 minutes away. The location is perfect! The space was clean, had everything you may need, lots of games (board games and outdoor games), and the hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to explore Gros Morne National Park, or as a cottage getaway with great amenities and an awesome property.
