Hostel holiday rentals in Newfoundland and Labrador

It was extremely clean and comfortable. Easy to find, parking was never an issue. Close to the activities around the town. Guest are given individualized entry code which I find very convenient if you plan on returning at odd hours- either from a long hike or boat tours. Will definitely book again.

We loved our stay at the Manoir des Sapins! The hostel is more beautiful than in the pictures, the creperie is delicious and the place is very friendly! Eating breakfast in front of the St. Lawrence River was wonderful. Thanks for your hospitality!

We had a great stay at the fir mansion. It's a real house of happiness where you have great encounters. We found all the necessary equipment, the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and Aurélie is a welcoming and warm host. It is true that the house is old and therefore the soundproofing is a little fragile but for all that, with earplugs, the problem is quickly forgotten. There are so many other assets in this place, we would go back with great pleasure.

A very nice and cozy hostel. Aurelie was very friendly and gave me recommendations for the area. The room was also good, the shared bathroom is small but everything you need is there. Kitchen is fully equipped.

we really enjoyed our stay in Twilingate! The room was nice, but the ceilings in our room and the shared bathroom are quite low, which was communicated in the description, so it was fine :) had really nice "flatmates" and enjoyed the shared hostel concept :)

Nice hostel! Self check-in was clearly described, everything was self-evident. Everything looked very clean and was cozily decorated. Had a nice time, also because of the other guests. I can only rate this stay as very positive!

Best Hostel I have stayed in Canada! So cozy an clean. The Staff working there is very nice and friendly. I extended my stay and would have stayed longer, if i had more Time! Well done and thanks a lot!

Our stay was great. It really felt like a home away from home. Real is the Canadian Leonard Cohen at karaoke. Saintpathic.

Much of the whole 'convent' was at our disposal, including (1) the "chapel" for chilling, dancing, eating, working, etc; (2) the kitchen to make our meals and have our breakfast; and (3) multiple living rooms. The property is large with lots of outside places, chairs, swings, etc to chill in. That was all great! The on-site host and cleaning lady were fantastic and super friendly. The Metro grocery store next door was convenient to get provisions and wine. The city was close enough to walk or bike to (provided). The pier next door was great to watch sunset and sunrise. The tall mountains were a half hour away! We recommend this place!!!!!

For an unusual experience, it's one! A former convent converted into an Airbnb rooms, with an old chapel converted into a nightclub/rest room. Apart from its unusual side, it has all the comforts you need to spend a night or more. A small kitchen, bedrooms often with a sink which is very convenient. Some rooms overlook the river directly and you can watch the sunset. Réal, the caretaker of the place, is very helpful and responsive. I recommend this place without hesitation for an extraordinary experience!

Overall great experience

We had a very nice stay at the convent.This former hospital then former convent is really an atypical place and out of the ordinary because of its history. We were very well received by Réal who did everything he could to put us at ease,and we actually felt like fish in the water. Theatmosphere is caring and family friendly. A real happiness when you are away from home. Thank you Réal for your hospitality,your help ,your attention, your kindness

Nice place! You have to love living in community and share spaces, which does not bother us at all. We were able to visit and learn about the story of the convent. The people were very welcoming. We would return without hesitation!
