Apartment holiday rentals in Newburyport

We stayed here for a week and used it as a home location for day trips each day. We easily got to antique stores in New Hampshire and Maine and we were close enough to Boston to get to Mount Auburn and Salem. Everything was just as pictured on the website and our host responded to us very quickly whenever we had a question. Absolutely enjoyed being able to watch the sunset from our room and enjoy the wonderful bird songs in the morning and the frogs and crickets at night.

We had a great experience staying at Angelo’s loft! It is so comfortable and had all the amenities we could want. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is spacious and very well equipped, featuring a large window overlooking the ocean. The outdoor deck is spacious with the same views. Angelo is a very responsive and thoughtful host. We will definitely be returning this summer!

This was the perfect spot for my first trip to Rockport! The location was fantastic, and it was well stocked with amenities. Even though we didn’t have great weather for our stay, the living room was perfect for getting cozy and watching a movie.

Gull Gardens is an absolute gem. The location is outstanding as you can walk to a beautiful private beach in less than two minutes. So convenient to be close and not have to lug everything you need for a day at the beach. Corinn also has a few beach cruisers she will lend you to make it even easier. The apartment is clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The bed was comfortable with nice pillows and linens. I look forward to returning to Plum Island and would gladly stay here again.

Can't say enough positive things about my stay: place was perfect, clean, all the amenities I needed for a week in town. I had a small internet issue which Alex got resolved super fast. The location is brilliant - right in the middle of a super walkable downtown with great coffee shops, dining options, bookstore...I could go on. The space was comfortable and quiet (it is right on the main strip through town, so weekday mornings you can hear the trash collectors and delivery trucks, but that is par for the course if you are staying in town anywhere) and it was a delight to walk out the door and be able to wander everywhere. The parking was also super easy - the all day lot is just a short walk and pretty cheap for a full day of parking. I would absolutely recommend for a visit to Newburyport! The detail inside to the bumble bee theme was great with something new always catching your eye. Was able to check in an hour early and Julia was very transparent with communication.

Instructions for check in and out were clear. The view of the sunrise and sunset were beautiful. I loved that the kitchen had everything that you could need! When I'm in the area again I will definitely be returning here and maybe stay more than just one day

Very comfortable & relaxing! Even though it rained while we were there, the house was so nice we didn’t mind being stuck inside.

Very nice apartment with a wonderful balcony with comfy chairs overlooking the gorgeous bay, with sandy beach and rocky coast. The apartment was clean and comfortable with nice amenities. Great kitchen and bathrooms. Beds are comfortable and extra blankets are in the closet. Plenty of storage for clothing. The upstairs bedroom area was up a ladder which precludes small children. It was okay for our 5 year old but not for the 3 year old. The town is lovely and the center of town just 4 or 5 minutes away on foot. Beach access is just a minute away. Mary was a wonderfiul host and helpful. This is one of the lovliest AirBNBs we've stayed in and highly recommended.

We visited Joe’s place for weekend getaway to visit Salem. Although not to close to Salem the drive was beautiful and peaceful. A few steps from the beach and a friendly quiet neighborhood. Upon booking Joe gave accurate drive times to Salem and recommended places to visit with a digital and hard copy inside of maps to find places. Any questions I had Joe was very responsive and always super helpful. His hospitality immediately made me feel at ease and knew I picked the perfect place for my family. Thanks so much Joe for a lovely stay.

This was our second 3 week stay at this absolutely gorgeous resort-like environment. Our hosts, Linda & Tom greeted us with warm & welcoming words & were available in person & by phone. Having them reside on the property (separate home) was definitely a plus. Even though the weather wasn't the best, the hosts more than made up for it. We will definitely return.

Our stay at bevs, on island path was fabulous. Bev really thought of all the amenities. It was clean, functionally location wise, and a real treat to come back after a Long Beach day and feel very comfortable. I’d say cozy. We’ve stayed in a few air b n bs in Hampton and rated them probably undeservingly well. This one is honestly the best we’ve stayed in. Not to mention Bev is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to local eateries, and activities, and always responds promptly to messaging. Thanks for an amazing stay Bev. From the many small details you can find in the apartment you can see that someone really put a lot of thought in it. This makes it a cozy, comfy and liveable place.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The house was spotless, with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom that made everything super convenient. Thiago was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We especially loved the jacuzzi area and the large, comfy couch in the living room. The entire place offered great privacy. Would definitely recommend it!

Both John and Carol were very inviting and friendly—- Carol even came out to bid us farewell when we checked out. The view is just breathtaking…. Could not ask for more… except warmer weather so we could have enjoyed the pool. :). The apartment had everything we needed and more. The fridge was stocked with breakfast snacks and milk and half and half for morning coffee…. Very nice touch. Great restaurant choices nearby as well. Highly recommend the Arms Hotel. Great food, HUGE portions. I would definitely stay again!

Everything was absolutely exceptional! My parents stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive — they replied to our messages and requests immediately, which made everything so easy and stress-free. My parents left extremely happy and are already talking about coming back. Highly recommended!

This home served us perfectly. It matched the description and with the bedrooms not side by side, it was perfect with a crying baby in the other room 👶🏻 - we didn’t hear a peep!

I stayed with Evan and Rachel previously in the apartment located upstairs from the Hideaway Studio. Once again, I was not disappointed! Spotlessly clean, great location, clear instructions, and perfect for a single guy looking to stay a few nights in Derry. No complaints except I was unable to find any dish soap, so I had to wash everything with hand soap. Also, when using the hot tub, I was bothered by a musty smell coming from the water, especially when all the jets were turned on. Perhaps I’m just overly sensitive to mold. Also, some of the pictures should be updated. While I didn’t need it for my stay, the bunk bed was not set up, so it was just the full bed with the twin trundle underneath. Wonderful stay overall, and I would not hesitate to book this location again!

Annique's place is a second floor flat in a quiet street not far from the "T" and grocery stores. The flat has a beautiful wooden floor and spacious bathroom. For me, the high point was having an office space with a standing desk - I loved it! The amenities Annique provides shows she is an extremely thoughtful host and is very responsive. Definitely an excellent place to stay..
