We enjoyed our stay! It was consistent with all reviews we read. Clear instructions were provided. We appreciated the attention to detail on how the room was setup and organized including phone chargers. Amenities and convenient items were available. The host was also very responsive to any questions. It was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place, very cozy and comfortable. Rochel was incredibly communicative and generously accommodating before, throughout and after the trip! Lovely place for a weekend away, intimate but spacious enough for a group too.

We really enjoyed our stay as a family at this location. Everything was clean and comfy with lovely, peaceful surroundings. Since the weather cooperated, we were able to enjoy the gazebo and pool area which our children especially enjoyed. The host was extremely responsive and courteous and also offered some excellent recommendations for restaurants and fun things to do in the area. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we visit the area in the future!

Chris has a hidden gem in this studio! We have never before rented a studio - usually only full homes - but Chris’s was the model for all future searches we will perform. The location is gorgeous. The views from the room and the balcony are stunning. The studio itself was well furnished, comfortable and very clean. We were so happy when we entered the door and saw that the description matched the accommodations. Chris communicated clearly and responded quickly to the one or two questions we sent him via the app. We used the studio as our launch pad for some local hiking and biking - and the studio added to the amazing experience and memories we made. If we are ever back in the area we’ll be checking availability!

This apartment was super clean and central to anything that you would want to do in Beacon. HsinYin was very communicative throughout the process and I would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying in Newburgh with Marin! Especially liked the unlock by phone feature, the clean and bright space, and its proximity to local eats/drinks. We also made good use of the projector. Looking forward to a second stay in the future.

5 stars all the way. The location, the interiors, the equipment, linens, provisions were all top notch. Nick and Mar were generous and responsive hosts. One of the best stays I’ve had!

David’s place is very charming and really close to the Hudson River. It is centrally located and you can easily access local sites like Storm King Art Center, downtown Newburgh, and Beacon across the way.

Great spot to settle to enjoy Newburgh and surrounding area…Beacon, Cold Springs and West Point. Walkable to great restaurants on the Hudson!

My family of 5 came to visit the Watchtower facilities in Patterson, Wallkill, and Warwick. Timothy’s house was a good central place for us to stay. Check in and check out was easy. The private parking in the back makes it feel safer. We were able to cook homemade meals, do several loads of laundry (full size laundry detergent) and enough dishwasher soap. Timothy’s place was great and he is a great host!

Very comfortable stay with all the comforts of home. Very conveniently located near hiking trails, Hudson River and great restaurants. Will definitely return!

Eric's listing is exactly how it looks on AirBnb. A fantastic host, very responsive and accommodating. The property is very close to some key places we wanted to visit, Beacon (great town), family, easy to get to the city or tour around the Hudson Valley area. There is a reason this property has some many great reviews, host and location are perfect, cheers

Antje and Mike's place was just perfect- charming and comfortable with so many nice touches. Their home was lovely with beautiful landscaping and right by gorgeous views of the Hudson River. Their neighborhood had so many beautiful historic homes with friendly neighbors. Antje and Mike were easygoing and a delight to talk to. I look forward to a return visit when I come back to the region.

This was a lovely place to stay. As described, very clean and the property management team is very helpful and responsive. Overall I had a great stay! So much, that I extended my stay longe than expected! PS: just an fyi - this home is directly across the street from a cemetery. I'm perfectly fine with that and think it adds to the safety and peaceful factors of the neighborhood, but I know some others may not be comfortable with it.

Julia was great at sending clear instructions for check in prior to arrival. She even let us know the room was ready a little early. The place is setup just like a hotel room with a small kitchenette, the bed and a pull out couch. Very clean. Can’t speak on the amenities, we were basically just there to get ready for a wedding & sleep. Def would recommend!

I had a great time staying here. A lovely and quiet retreat. Douglas and his family were very friendly and responsive to any needs I had. The place was tidy and clean and the grounds around the house were beautiful! Will definitely be back!

Very quaint little spot! Located in a very quiet, serene area. We absolutely loved the yard and the trails behind the house, my dog felt right at home! Renee was very responsive when needed but otherwise felt we had plenty of privacy despite being on the same property. Space was clean and charming and everything we needed for a quick wedding weekend! Would definitely recommend for a relaxing quiet weekend!

Every little detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the thoughtful local recommendations, showed the care John puts into ensuring his guests have a memorable experience. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and John went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests, and it made our trip even more special. We especially loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and taking in the stunning view of the Hudson River. I can’t recommend John and his Airbnb enough! This was a great weekend getaway! The place is very clean, safe, and close to local restaurants and Haines Fall! I would recommend to anyone. The hot tub made it magical, it was perfect at the end of a long day of hiking. The hosts respond quickly and I didn’t need to ask any questions because everything was explained well and there were helpful tips throughout the room. No complaints!

John is a super attentive host and the place is a nice clean basement apartment with lots of wildlife! It was the perfect set up for our trip to Bethel. Would def stay here again!
