Perfect fit! We will definitely use your property anytime we are in the area! We travel to NJ state fairgrounds twice a year for cattle shows and area hotels are mediocre at best! About 25 minutes from the grounds and once we knew where we were going very easy! We had some confusion on arrival going to the wrong gate (but it was 10pm and we were exhausted 😴) but the night guard was very helpful! We really only slept there but would definitely like to return for some spa treatments 😉! A microwave would be a great addition, otherwise perfect!!!

We enjoyed our stay! It was consistent with all reviews we read. Clear instructions were provided. We appreciated the attention to detail on how the room was setup and organized including phone chargers. Amenities and convenient items were available. The host was also very responsive to any questions. It was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Marty’s place! We were in town for a wedding and it was the perfect accommodation for a long weekend, especially if you love historic architecture and peaceful surroundings. Walkable to breakfast and lunch spots which was a plus! Very friendly and helpful host as well. Would definitely recommend!

Stacey’s place was wonderful—stylish, comfortable, and well-equipped. The kitchen and living area were especially beautiful, and we had everything we needed for a great stay. The location is also convenient, with plenty of great local restaurants nearby

A great place — perfect size, nice and clean, and a well stocked kitchen. It was great to be able to walk to coffee, dinner, a park and cvs. Would stay again!

Great place to stay in a cute town! We were in town for a wedding on Tamerlane Farm Sanctuary. This place was clean and suited our needs! Would recommend.

Stayed from Saturday to Sunday for a wedding in Port Jervis. Andrea allowed me to check in earlier which was great due to traveling 2hrs. The place was quiet, private and comfortable to get ready. The bed was super comfy so I slept like a baby. I woke up and found my choice of coffe or tea available in the morning which was great for me. Would definitely stay again if in the area again.

What a wonderful stay! Bee was so responsive and hospitable, and shared so much local information to make the best of my family trip. Bee’s home was truly a home away from home. It was stocked with all the essentials and more, and very spacious for my family of 5. Very clean, and had no issues at all. There was a grill and fire pit available for our use as well. The lake and beach were all very accessible as well, and Bee had plenty of beach passes available for us to use. All in all an unforgettable experience, a short summer trip my family will never forget. We will definitely come back!

Absolutely loved the care and detail Franco & Daniela have put into this home. They ensured that items possibly needed during a trip were available including but not limited to: Makeup remover wipes, slippers, tylenol, teas, and even a little welcome basket of snacks! The touches in the aesthetics of the home were lovely. The bed was very comfortable. The home interior was nicer and much more spacious in person than in the photos! Pro Tips * Please ensure to do your own research on this area as it may not be suitable for all * This home is very well kept but keep in mind the materials home were made of because this may not be suitable for light/insomnia sleepers. The bedroom is nearest to the street. Train/Misc Street noise is very audible. Earplugs are kindly made available at bedside by airbnb hosts. Overall appreciated the kind details made available for the guests and the care of this home.

We had a wonderful three-month stay here at the lake. The setting was beautiful and Elmir was a fantastic host. I especially liked watching the people enjoying the lake when it was frozen over, and the Buffleheads and other diving ducks after the ice was gone.

Exactly as pictures describe. If you arrive early and wish to leave belongings we were able to use the covered garage. The shower was excellent - almost could create a mini steam room. Outdoor space idyllic. Cary communicated very well and we have no complaints! Would recommend.

Our group loved our stay at this charming Victorian! The house is gorgeous and full of character. The pride Laurie takes in it is clear in every detail. She went out of her way to make sure our stay felt special and we were right at home. We're absolutely going to look to book this spot again during our next visit to Beacon.

We had a great stay at this property. During our winter visit, we found it incredibly private—with 360-degree snow views that felt completely secluded, yet just minutes from town by car. The unit was immaculately clean and thoughtfully organized. Everything felt intentional and comfortable, with each space carefully decluttered and functional. It's airier and more spacious than we gathered from the photos. Sandra was very responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and proactive communication about weather-related conditions that could affect our experience. We'd love to come back and highly recommend this property (and its host) to others looking for a peaceful retreat.

The place itself was spotless, and incredibly cozy—truly a home away from home. Every little detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the thoughtful local recommendations, showed the care John puts into ensuring his guests have a memorable experience. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and John went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests, and it made our trip even more special. We especially loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and taking in the stunning view of the Hudson River. I can’t recommend John and his Airbnb enough! We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to Newburgh. Thank you, John, for creating such a wonderful space and for being such a fantastic host!

Great Stay - Wonderful mountain condo complex. Comfortable couch, nicely decorated. Quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to bars, restaurants and hiking trails. Kitchen was a little tight, but equipped with modern appliances. Very quiet at night, no traffic or neighborhood noises. Comfortable beds. Living room is nice size, and a great hang. Overall a great spot.

Husband and I stayed for a quick trip for a friends wedding. Maria’s place was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful setting and spotting different birds and even a groundhog family in the backyard.
