Holiday rentals with a sauna in New York

We had a wonderful stay at this well-located house in the heart of beautiful Saugerties. The home was spotless, situated right across from the serene frozen lake. Our kids especially enjoyed the arcade games. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The location and stay was ideal for a couple and their dog :) Ali was very responsive whenever I had a question and was very accommodating. The place looked exactly as described and very central to many places to eat and hike. We didn't get a chance to use the sauna as it was a little chilly but love the option and hopefully will be able to use in the future! I definitely recommend Ali's place to any couples looking for a getaway in such a beautiful town.

Everything about this apartment was excellent. Locale, layout, spotless. Couldn't get enough of both the daytime and nighttime views. Steven was an excellent host. Communicative, answered my myriad of questions, provided recommendations for a great nearby grocery and wine store that we frequented several times. Easy to get a taxi and a short walk to the subway. Started to feel like a local after just a day or so! This will for sure be our go-to place next time we visit NYC.

Ami’s place was great! Stayed for my birthday and was surprised with a delicious tres leche cake upon my arrival! The view was incredible, amenities were amazing, overall it was everything I hoped for and more. Thanks Ami!

Lovely, super clean apartment in a peaceful and secluded setting. I arrived at night, and enjoyed the utter quiet — the only things I could hear were the babbling Brook just down hill, and an owl hooting nearby! The unit itself is well appointed. It’s a lower ground floor unit (down a set of stairs) in the side of a hill; the windows face the woods. Fred was super helpful and communicative, and very fast to respond. I was just staying en route to and from another destination and didn’t have time to enjoy the area, but the region is beautiful and i look forward to going back another time!

This place is amazing!! The scenery and town is beautiful. The place was clean, cozy and the fire pit and sauna only added to it. I loved it. Will stay again!!

Wilson’s place is adorable and well-appointed. Parking and getting inside the apartment were easy with Wilson’s instructions. We could walk across the street to get our morning coffee at Watershed before setting out for the day. Chappie’s and The Old Mill were delicious lunch and dinner spots, and we could pick up any necessities at Good Grocer right below us. While staying in Roxbury, we drove to the Hobart Book Village and Margaretville. We took longer meandering drives before returning to a beautiful, cozy apartment with a great record collection. On our way back to Connecticut, we stopped in Phoenicia and a few other small spots, which were the perfect ending to a long weekend. Wilson was responsive and thoughtful with his communication. Would stay here again!

Beautiful property and views. The place is super cozy and just like the photos on the listing. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Communication was excellent and the location was excellent. Lots of things to do just a short drive away, the hot tub was a nice added amenity and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely return again!!!

Location location location!!! Walked to ski. No lines, no parking, loved it. If you value convenience over modern decor, this is THE place to stay at GP.

We recently stayed at Andrew's condo, and it was nothing short of amazing! The location couldn't be better – right next to the slopes with easy accessibility to the mountain and the ski rental place. We were a group of two families, totaling 6 kids and 4 adults, and the condo was the perfect accommodation for our ski trip. The kids were thrilled with their bunkbed rooms, each equipped with their own TVs, providing a cozy and entertaining space for them to unwind after a day on the slopes. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and spend quality time together. The highlight for both kids and adults was undoubtedly the hot tub and pool. After a day of skiing, it was pure bliss to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Andrew, our fantastic host! He was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free.

Th space was immaculate, well maintained, nicely designed as well as decorated. Our only concern was that there was no stove for our teenage son to cook on. There was a microwave and toaster broiler that worked just fine for him. However, the sauna was an amazing perk. The setting was very calm and relaxed. Rachel was an excellent host and left a kind graduation card and bottle of Spumante for us to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. We would highly recommend this space and would rent again. We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

Great location! Ski check is convenient and it’s so nice not to deal with parking. You can really relax and enjoy skiing! Restaurant on site is great as well! One stop shop!🙌🏼

Beautiful, well kept, and clean condo. Space was perfect for our group and just as described in the listing. Kitchen was bigger than I expected and everything in the kitchen was in excellent/new condition. The DR/LR space was plenty big for our crew, and it was really nice to have have four bedrooms, each with their own updated bathroom. We did use the sauna which was lovely and a lot bigger than I expected! I would definitely book this unit again when in Lake Placid.

Great location, the Tamarack is always perfect and being able to stay somewhere like this through a great host is such a pleasure.

Had a beautiful couple of days in the wooded retreat. So peaceful. Loved the yoga room. Everything was so relaxing. Loved that there were instructions for everything so was easy to use the pellet stove and fire pit! The roof deck was great for star gazing. Five stars for sure.

We liked how easy it was to punch the code in to get into the home. Once in the home, it was really nice to see the welcome placard. We enjoyed access to robes, skincare, slippers, towels, etc. The game room was loads of fun. The indoor and outdoor ping pong tables were fun. We enjoyed billiards, arcade games and table games. The icing on the cake were the hot tub, the four mode shower and bidet. The Smart Home technology took a little getting used to, but it was very convenient once we did. We love the quick response time whenever we had a question or concern. This place allowed for a rejuvenating relaxing atmosphere and we are so glad that we chose “The Good Vibes” home for our debut AirBNB experience. Thanks again for hosting us in your charming abode!

We have been looking forward to our stay at this cabin for weeks. We needed to unplug and we got just that. It was a rainy weekend but that made the area more magical. The house is so beautiful , loved the nice art sprinkled all over the house including a lovely picture of the waterfalls behind the property which can be heard from the house! everything was clean and very homie! and we got a ton of suggestions for things to do in the area. Would definitely stay here again! 10/10

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wilderkill Barn. Maria Cristina and William were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was a haven, with a hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, pool table, and immersive sound and movie systems—all of which made our stay delightful despite the cold, dreary May weather. We can't thank them enough. ***That said, we feel it's necessary to address a serious issue with Airbnb itself that arose while booking this property, unrelated to the property itself. An unexpected tax was added after booking, and Airbnb has yet to provide a clear explanation. After years of loyalty, we were disappointed by their evasive and unhelpful customer support. This experience has made us reconsider using the platform in the future. We urge potential users to scrutinize all fees carefully and be aware that Airbnb’s support may be difficult to navigate if problems arise.***

first off.. my partner and I now refer to our recent host as “Pristine Christine”. everything was top notch. zero notes. can’t wait to return. this is a legit sanctuary. the spa amenities were super relaxing. we were really able to unplug and enjoy it all. the detailed instructions and suggestions for things to do really helped curate a unique experience for us. cannot recommend enough.. definitely book this spot if it’s available. you’ll feel like you hit a home run!

This is the perfect spot to stay and has everything you need to feel right at home. The beds are comfortable, linens are plush, kitchen is stocked. Dena spoiled us with the most delicious treats upon arrival and was so communicative, friendly, and helpful!
