We enjoyed our stay! It was consistent with all reviews we read. Clear instructions were provided. We appreciated the attention to detail on how the room was setup and organized including phone chargers. Amenities and convenient items were available. The host was also very responsive to any questions. It was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place, very cozy and comfortable. Rochel was incredibly communicative and generously accommodating before, throughout and after the trip! Lovely place for a weekend away, intimate but spacious enough for a group too.

We really enjoyed our stay as a family at this location. Everything was clean and comfy with lovely, peaceful surroundings. Since the weather cooperated, we were able to enjoy the gazebo and pool area which our children especially enjoyed. The host was extremely responsive and courteous and also offered some excellent recommendations for restaurants and fun things to do in the area. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we visit the area in the future!

Chris has a hidden gem in this studio! We have never before rented a studio - usually only full homes - but Chris’s was the model for all future searches we will perform. The location is gorgeous. The views from the room and the balcony are stunning. The studio itself was well furnished, comfortable and very clean. We were so happy when we entered the door and saw that the description matched the accommodations. Chris communicated clearly and responded quickly to the one or two questions we sent him via the app. We used the studio as our launch pad for some local hiking and biking - and the studio added to the amazing experience and memories we made. If we are ever back in the area we’ll be checking availability!

We loved staying in Newburgh with Marin! Especially liked the unlock by phone feature, the clean and bright space, and its proximity to local eats/drinks. We also made good use of the projector. Looking forward to a second stay in the future.

This cottage is tucked back in the woods. We saw many beautiful deer and other wildlife and birds. It’s a bit off the beaten path, not near shops, but suited us very well. Paul, the host was very responsive and friendly. The place was well stocked with personal items and many snacks. Beautiful towels, pillows etc.

The property is very close to some key places we wanted to visit, Beacon (great town), family, easy to get to the city or tour around the Hudson Valley area. Antje and Mike's place was just perfect- charming and comfortable with so many nice touches. Their home was lovely with beautiful landscaping and right by gorgeous views of the Hudson River. Their neighborhood had so many beautiful historic homes with friendly neighbors. Antje and Mike were easygoing and a delight to talk to. I look forward to a return visit when I come back to the region.

Absolutely outstanding hosts and the best AirBNB I’ve ever stayed in. Extremely comfortable and accommodating, with a private bedroom and a stocked kitchen. Within walking distance to every restaurant you could want to try in the city, and entertainment in every direction. Hosts were super responsive to questions and gave great recommendations. Jess & Gary and truly top-tier hosts with a perfect place to stay for short or long trips to Newburgh.

Absolutely loved the care and detail Franco & Daniela have put into this home. They ensured that items possibly needed during a trip were available including but not limited to: Makeup remover wipes, slippers, tylenol, teas, and even a little welcome basket of snacks! The touches in the aesthetics of the home were lovely. The bed was very comfortable. The home interior was nicer and much more spacious in person than in the photos! Pro Tips * Please ensure to do your own research on this area as it may not be suitable for all * This home is very well kept but keep in mind the materials home were made of because this may not be suitable for light/insomnia sleepers. The bedroom is nearest to the street. Train/Misc Street noise is very audible. Earplugs are kindly made available at bedside by airbnb hosts. Overall appreciated the kind details made available for the guests and the care of this home.

Such a great stay! Beautiful surroundings (including a barn owl!) with hikes not far away as well as the quaint town of Cold Spring. The apartment is as listed and Marco was very responsive to any questions I had. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Very quaint little spot! Located in a very quiet, serene area. We absolutely loved the yard and the trails behind the house, my dog felt right at home! Renee was very responsive when needed but otherwise felt we had plenty of privacy despite being on the same property. Space was clean and charming and everything we needed for a quick wedding weekend! Would definitely recommend for a relaxing quiet weekend!

The location was perfect for exploring the area, and John went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests, and it made our trip even more special. We especially loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and taking in the stunning view of the Hudson River. I can’t recommend John and his Airbnb enough! This was a great weekend getaway! The place is very clean, safe, and close to local restaurants and Haines Fall! I would recommend to anyone. The hot tub made it magical, it was perfect at the end of a long day of hiking. The hosts respond quickly and I didn’t need to ask any questions because everything was explained well and there were helpful tips throughout the room. No complaints!

Melissa was an amazing host from the minute we booked the reservation. Her home was beautiful and provided a sense of peace. The binder with local activities as well as restaurants was extremely helpful and although it rained our whole weekend we didn't mind because the hot tub area was so nice. Will definitely be back again!
