Smoking friendly holiday rentals in New South Wales

This air bnb was by far the best i’ve stayed in. (I’ve stayed in many) Walking in felt almost like stepping into a boutique rustic restaurant. Michelle managed to create a “warmth” with the presentation of the place. My nervous system relaxed immediately. She has gone over and above with attention to detail. Cute little labels on everything. Taking out the guess work! Even though I had no expectations, the pantry and fridge were stocked with great supplies…. I should have probably ordered dinner. But the bread and cheese was just enough and I didn’t need to purchase any other food during my stay. The bathroom renovation inspired me to jump into the bath straight away. The most impressive thing for me was the insane amount of coffee options! (If I don’t have a coffee in my hand within 15 minutes of waking up I’m cranky….. it’s like she knew! Thanks Michelle. I hope you sell this place out every night and create more of the same in other towns so I can continue to visit!

What a great location. We were right near the Artieral Road that took us towards any direction needed. Road works going on in the City (Civic) so was good to bypass all of that commotion. All the Siteseeing landmarks are very close, you can easily walk into Civic and Lake Burley Griffin. SOUND PROOF! Amazing!!!! We couldn't get the Fetch TV to work, but we weren't in the room much. definitely would stay again

Good value and a great location to explore the city

I enjoyed a 3 night stay with my dog at Karlee’s studio, which matched our expectations and met our needs. It was clean and comfortable, with enough space, and well equipped - such as what you’d need in the kitchen, though I ate out. The outdoor courtyard was a pleasant place to unwind. There was plenty of room to park, even when there was someone next door, and overall it’s a quiet residential location, though with easy access to the main road and Byron Bay. The small local shopping centre boasts an excellent bakery, with coffee to match and fresh croissants that can’t be beaten, as well as the local pub. There are pleasant lakeside walks and a long beach nearby. The price was very competitive. I look forward to staying there again.

Our Stay was great even there is some sharp thing on the floor near the kitchen island between tile and carpet, but i already told the host and I’m pretty sure they are going to fix it. Thanks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Morna Magic! It was our first family holiday with our 5month old. The place was private clean and equipped with all amenities. Location was a stones throw away from the beautiful Birubi Beach and Tomaree National Park Trail making it easy without taking pram etc. Mark was proactive and responsive with all communications. Will definitely come again!

We had an excellent stay, Lisa is a great host and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time. The rooms are styled beautifully and the view from the living area is so peaceful. Would definitely recommend.

This was an amazing place, it’s very cosy and clean and has a very nice vibe and is super comfortable. Elizabeth made a delicious apple pie for us which we loved and other little goodies which made our stay perfect. The hosts are very kind and accomodating too. Would definitely come back again.

This was our fourth stay at Misty River Lodge and won’t be our last. My family, including our little Jack Russell Terrier, loves Helen and Craig’s place. I especially love seeing how the gardens have evolved. We enjoy visiting the beaches up and down the coast — Scotts Head is a favourite — and we love to find new places to eat. Coffs Harbour is only a 45 minute drive north and South West Rocks is just 30 minutes south, so it’s a really central location and close to the highway but so quiet and peaceful. The bird song is relaxing and if you’re an early riser, you might even see the local swamp wallaby down near the creek. We were treated to fresh quail eggs, deliciously sweet tomatoes and tasty vegetables from the garden. As Helen said when we arrived… “Welcome home!” … because it does feel like a home away from home.

Thanks for a great stay. We loved the tranquility of the place and the experience you’ve created at the farm. It was very well equipped and fantastic views from all rooms. A beautiful spot with incredible views. Clean and homely, and we could take our dog. It had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away.

Bellinda and Tony were fantastic hosts – attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They kindly showed us around their beautiful property and even let my daughter feed the goats and chickens, which was such a memorable experience for her. The accommodation was immaculately clean, cosy, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed – plus some lovely extra touches provided by the hosts. We truly can’t recommend this place highly enough – a perfect country escape.

Another beautiful stay at Hereford House, a home-away-from-home in all the best ways. The cottage has a quiet calm, sunlit verandah, a kitchen made for long chats and late breakfasts, and the feeling of being deeply welcome. Thank you, Margaret and Greg, your kindness is woven into this place. We always leave feeling restored, a little softer at the edges, and already plotting our return. Highly recommended.

Simply amazing place. Beautifully furnished and decorated, it felt like home straight away. The most comfortable beds ever with quailty bed linen and towels. Everything about Yvonne is thoughtfully considered so your relaxed and comfortable. Amazing location as well . I would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you Yvonne

Hannah's apartment is beautiful and conveniently located next to Central Station. If you're a light sleeper, I would recommend ear plugs as it is next to the tracks and a busy area.

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

Had an excellent time in Joel's apartment. Easy to get to the train station from there to allow us to explore throughout Sydney. It was very cozy inside, easy to find and came with lots of helpful insights

Our stay at Ken’s place was super comfortable and very relaxing. Easy entry and lift access to apartment was very helpful. Views from the balconies were a delight at any time of day and made for relaxing moments. Beds were very comfortable and linens, towels were of a high quality. Really loved our week here and would happily consider staying again in the future.

Damian was a great host. He even personally came around with a spare key. The property is as described. It was very quiet. Close to good restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. 2minutes walk to the Light Rail which goes down to Circular Quay. We will definitely stay again. Dianne and Kevin

Jacinta’s Place was great for what we needed. A wonderful location for taking in beautiful Kirra sunrises & sunsets, surrounded by cafes & restaurants and walking distance to Coolangatta.
