A lovely, peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Nice and clean. Ticked all the boxes with what we were after.

This is a truly excellent property in a terrific location. It is equipped with everything one could possibly want and tastefully decorated. It has the best set of instructions I have ever encountered in an AirBnB, covering everything one needs to know and use. Elizabeth is a super host. Knowing we were arriving from Europe early in the morning, she made sure there was milk in the fridge and little goodies to tide us over until we could get to the shops. We were 18 days in the property and we really felt like it was our home away. I could not recommend this property and host more highly.

A beautiful weekend at This house, incredibly stocked entertaining kitchen, beautiful soft beds with linen coverings so gorgeous to sleep in. Indoor- outdoor spaces so perfect for beachside days. We absolutely loved our stay.

Lee was very kind to open up her wonderful home to us! Spectacular views, super easy access to the beach and local cafes, and the kitchen and bathrooms were super tidy and had all the right utensils. Would highly recommend staying.

There is a supermarket nearby and shopping is very convenient.

Fantastic stay. Angela was a great host who provided very clear instructions about how to find the apartment and park. The apartment itself was ideal for our weekend getaway. It was well equipped, clean and well decorated with an amazing view of Belconnen lake.

The most charming beautiful cottage and a 5 star pool. The house was spotless, amenities were great and it was full of very tastefully chosen little decorations! The surrounding was quiet and beautiful.

Wonderful location - A flat has been converted into a terrific modern beachfront apartment. Fantastic location & well thought out design. Highly recommended for a family holiday, lots of room for children to run around and easy access to the beautiful beach. Look forward to returning. Julie

Loved our stay. Beautiful views and super convenient spot for mountain bikers. Clean sheets and towels. Would happily stay again. Nice extra little touches for a holiday stay (fireplace, nice big well equipped balcony).

Great location next to Tom Thumb Lake & Lake Neangar. Well equiped with everything we needed. Warm & cosy. Nicely decorated with artwork. Close to a great bakery & the Star Cinema is worth going to see a movie. Great for sunsets across Lake Neangar.

The place is one half of a duplex home and was ideal for our short stay in the area. The other half of the duplex was unoccupied during our stay and the neighborhood was general quiet except for playing children's voices which was fine. The entrance connects to a corridor with two bedrooms on the right and a bathroom. Then opening out to the kitchen and living area with the master bedroom on the right with an ensuite. Floating floor boards and neutral colours throughout made the place comfortable. Central reverse cycle heating was generally good although the controller took a bit of experimentation to work out. The lack of outlets in the bathroom and hallway meant that those two areas were colder than other areas which were too hot. The place is recomended as a value for money yet very good quality accomodation. A car is needed to access the shopping and beach areas but most will arrive by car anyway so thats not a problem. As soon as you walk into Debbie's 'South Coast Tonic Retreat', you can feel any stress you might have just melt away. Debbie is an outstanding host, friendly, and gorgeous to chat with. After a long drive, I was delighted to see a cuppa set up and ready go. I particularly loved all the little added touches that made her place feel like a home away from home. Waking up to the amazing garden setting and the sound of the ocean was a real treat. My only issue was not staying long enough. I cannot recommend Debbie and South Coast Tonic highly enough. I cannot wait to stay again. However, next time, I will ensure that I book an extended stay so that I have more time to enjoy this hidden gem.

We had a wonderful time at the Hygge ! Great for the whole family, our little ones loved the kids room, the little cubby and the toys were a winner! Walking distance to the beach and Oceans which was always one of our favourite breakfast spots when we lived in Sydney. Highly recommend the place! We can’t wait to come back 😊

This place is perfect for a weekend away for a couple. Small but very cosy with all the ameneties you need. Very well heated for cold Blue Mntns weather.

Had a wonderful 5 days at the house with our two teenage sons. The kids loved, loved, loved fishing off the jetty and being out on the kayaks, and we particularly enjoyed having a cuppa on the deck overlooking the lake. There were a few rainy days but we found the house perfect for cosying up inside with a fire, lots of board games and a couple of movies on the big TV. The way to the house was somewhat adventurous along a dirt road with lots of pot holes and flooding in some parts due to the rain. Would definitely recommend a 4WD during this time of year. Thanks Matt for a great few days and we’d love to be back!

We had an amazing stay over the Australia Day long weekend as a family of four with our small dog. The heated pool was the highlight of our trip—our kids couldn’t get enough of it and were diving in as soon as they woke up each morning! It made our holiday so enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I loved this place . The location was wonderful but Meg is one of the best hosts I have ever encountered from tasteful decorations, plenty of useful inclusions and excellent responsiveness. Great place to relax and work amidst the kangaroos .
