Holiday rentals with a balcony in New South Wales

We had an amazing time staying at Lucy's beachfront Airbnb! We spent a month there and loved waking up to the stunning sunrise every morning. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lucy was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would absolutely love to return for another beach getaway!

I had a fantastic stay at this place! It was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and the apartment had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area.

Pete was a great host, he personally met us and ushered us in his beautiful place. The location is very ideal and very walkable to a lot of places in the CBD. Surry Hills is also home to some good places to eat and drink. Won’t mind booking here again!

Robyn’s place was an incredible find! It was roomy enough for our group of 5, got awesome sunlight, and is walkable to all of the best parts of Manly!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Airbnb in Manly Beach! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the stunning beach, amazing cafes, and local shops. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony was incredible. The home itself had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Liz is a fantastic host—super responsive, supportive and friendly. I would definitely stay again next time I’m in Australia!

You can walk to the beach and nearby coffee shops. Bondi has a great buzz. There is no parking with the unit sadly. The interior space is small, tidy and clean. We had very hot weather, so 2 bedrooms with only fans, stayed hot. The verandah was a delightful spot to sit out on.

It was very pleasant to stay at this place. The bed was comfortable and the shower was perfect. Communication with Ben went great. He always responded quickly and we were even allowed to store our luggage in a separate room at check-out. The location is a 10/10. It was the best decision. Glad to come back!

What an incredible place! We haven’t been on a holiday for over 2 years and this is exactly what we needed. Such a special stay. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous, so many lovely personal touches, with wildlife and amazing views. I’m almost at a loss for words - we didn’t want to go home!! The mountain has magic, and Graham & Nicole have created something so special here. Will definitely be staying again!

Our family of 4 had a Fantastic experience staying in this multilevel historic, renovated townhouse over the Australia Day long weekend. The house is well equipped with air conditioning in all rooms Walking distance to so many sites, easy to get around and paid parking out the front or a well priced Wilson car park just down the road.

A beautiful Beach House with everything you need for a wonderful stay, in a great location with Broken Head beach as a stunning back drop. The perfect private pad for a fabulous escape. Sand and surf just a short stroll away (heavenly) and a brilliant base to explore; Byron Bay is just 10 mins in the car. I enjoyed an amazing and relaxing two weeks in this chic, modern, light-filled house (a home-from home) grounded in nature; a slice of Australian paradise! Amanda and Gigi, were both attentive and highly responsive hosts also. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend and will definitely return when back Down Under.

We had an amazing time staying at Catherine’s. The location is incredible and only a 4 minute walk into circular quay! The Airbnb was lovely with very comfy beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Lovely streets around the Airbnb. Highly recommend!

Nigel's place was fantastic. Everything about the property was great. Very clean and everything worked perfectly. The view across the paddock was great and the kids had an amazing time exploring the property and trying to spot the kangaroos. We took our telescopes with us and the night star gazing was one of the best we've seen. Highly recommend.

The house is excellent, well-maintained, and well-supplied with necessary items. The large and comfortable bedrooms are a significant benefit. It's a fantastic spot if nature and beaches are your purpose. I would be more than happy to rent again.

We booked Jenny's place back in January when we were planning our 5-week stay in Australia. We booked this Airbnb based on reviews, and the post on the website, but knew little to nothing about the location, and where it was in relation to the city. We more than lucked out as the apartment more than lived up to expectations, as did the location - close enough to the bustling King St, with bars and restaurants aplenty, close enough to local transport links to get you wherever we needed, but also really quietly placed near Hollis Park. As a host Jenny was brilliant from day one, communicating throughout and responsive to our needs, if we had an issue, not that we had many because she was so well organised from the start. We've done quite a few Airbnb's now and this ranks very close to the top of the tree, because it mixes great hosting with a great property and a great location. Thank you Jenny for a great thirteen days!

The house is so clean and comfortable. The view is fantastic when I wake up and when I fall asleep at night. Gary&Sue always give me a warm welcome and always ask if I need anything. The proximity to the subway station makes it convenient to move from place to place. Choosing my accommodation here during my trip to Sydney was the best option.

We were there for the very busy Coolies weekend. Robert, Evelyn and Oscar were perfect hosts, with lots of local tips and suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed our down time on the stunning balcony watching the sunset, or enjoying the view. We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s place in Queenscliff. It’s a short and easy 4-minute walk to Queenscliff Beach, which shares a cove with Manly Beach. A little further down is Shelly Beach with calm waters… perfect for a swim after a nice walk. We plan to go back in October and will stay in this lovely apartment once again. Without a doubt. Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

I absolutely loved my time at Fiona's! The apartment is so comfortable and well appointed, with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Fiona has thought of every detail, filling the home with lots of thoughful touches to help guests feel welcome. She even filled the fridge with breakfast items so that I didn't have to venture out my first morning after a late arrival. The absolute stars of the apartment are the spectacular views of Sydney Harbour - great from every window! The weather was rainy, windy and a bit cold the first half of my visit, and I honestly didn't mind as it gave me an excuse to stay in and enjoy the views! Harbourview is perfectly located, allowing quick and easy access via ferry to all that downtown Sydney has to offer, as well as being an ideal starting point for beautiful North Sydney harbourside bush walks. Fiona is a lovely and gracious host, happy to answer questions and offer helpful suggestions. I'm already planning a return visit!
