Ideal all round; gorgeous apartment, brilliant location, great hosts!

We stayed at Debbie’s for a university reunion and had a fabulous time! The flat is perfectly located in Southbourne with shops, restaurants and bars a couple of minutes walk away. The flat is well equipped and was clean and tidy when we arrived. Thanks Debbie for a lovely stay😊

Great location which is at the end of harbour road and very peaceful. View is great and nature reserve is really pretty. All amenities were exactly as described. All the vintage games consoles et. Makes the place very unique and quirky. 1 minute walk to the beach which is also quite unique in the way it has been shaped by the sea. Shops 10 minutes walk. Pubs 20 minutes walk.

My family and I had a lovely extended stay at Jill and Tessa's space. Tessa and Jill were lovely, generous and responsive hosts who made us feel Incredibly welcome right away. The area is in walkable distance to everything you'd need and in driving distance to great sights and walks. Highly recommended, would love to stay again. Thank you for a lovely time.

Fantastic stay, great location.

We were very pleased to find The Willows. Everything was as described. The accommodation is very thoughtfully well equipped and everything supplied so we only needed to bring clothes and food and not household items. Communication was excellent, friendly and accommodating. It was nice to have decent sized towels in the bathrooms and the accommodation was lovely and warm and felt homely. Thank you for a lovely stay😊

Well it's a magic. Richard's home has exceeded our expectations. Richard is a very kind, generous, flexible and friendly man. Although it was his private space, we felt safe and welcomed as if we were at home and at the same time we had personal space for ourselves too. There is a lovely balcony too where we could drink our morning coffee overlooking the old oak tree and listening to the birds. House is clean and spacious. I can't remember when I slept so well. Richard even offered to use his kitchen, read the books and made a delicious breakfast. Location is too perfect, has a bit magic and wild orchard outside the house. You could reach Chalice well, Spring waters and Thor in approx 10 - 15min walk. Richard is a very spiritual and open person, so we got a lot of impressive knowledges from him. We also were introduced to the local community too. Personally I am very happy to have stayed at Richard's house or say Tree house and I definitely would love to come back next time. ASAP.

Kate’s Place is beyond description. Perfect in every way. The converted barn has every modern convenience. Comfortable, lots of room, very stylish, quiet and secluded. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows which is always very important we loved it. Easy access to the west, London or the further south. We made several day trips. Kate is an amazing host and made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

Gemma and Matt’s townhouse was perfect for our family, both in amenities and location. The house was very comfortable and well thought out. Everything was smooth and professional. We shall certainly choose to stay here again the next time we are in the area. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay in Ryde at Beverley’s house. House had everything we needed, comfy beds, large kitchen, beautiful outdoor space. Located close to shops / restaurants/ supermarket / beach so ideal for a stay with children. Great weekend!

We spent two nights here with our two children. We really liked the accommodation and the setting was lovely. Being close to Bruton and their great restaurants was a real bonus. Charlotte was very quick to respond and the accommodation was clean and well maintained.

I'd like to thank Nina for a wonderful stay. The house is fantastic. Lots of space inside and out and very, very comfortable. Ten adults, two kids and a pooch stayed for 3 nights and the kids were very upset when it was time to go home. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a perfect weekend at Bag End Cottage - the place is really homely and Nicholas had provided lots of nice touches like a treat filled welcome pack that really made our stay. The cottage is well laid out and has two separate living areas if needed. We enjoyed the light and bright open plan kitchen /sitting area with doors opening out in the lovely sunny garden with the hot tub. Bedrooms were comfortable and with two bathrooms it was ideal for a two couple stay. The location is really close into town but also remarkably peaceful. Nicholas really went above and beyond to make our weekend so easy. Clear instructions before arrival for directions and parking, and good recommendations for restaurants. He also came to our rescue when we had a slight key situation (of our own making)..... Very responsive and friendly host. Highly recommend and we are looking forward to staying next time we are in Cowes.

The flat is located in a brand new building right in the heart of Farnham. The location could not be more ideal and underground parking is a big bonus. The flat was clean and spacious and the building was very quite. The ad lists the flat as having a super king size bed in the master which should be 180 CM (or 6 feet) wide and it is not a super king rather a queen which was dissapointing. The master bath drain is not draining properly and there is hot water availability issues which other reviewers have mentioned. Believe the boiler is not up to the task to serve that flat and although we did follow the directions to use the boost button function on the boiler, it did not help (I had two ice cold showers). The host is very quick to respond to messages and the manager was very gracious to meet us and allow for an early check-in. The hosts are spot on and the flat is perfect for Farnham.. any issues could easily be sorted so very highly recommend.

Had a great nights stay at this accommodation, really clean and fresh and walkable to the beach. Also had shops close which was helpful ! Hosts were helpful and left detailed instructions. Bed room space was slightly small but great for the price. Would recommend:) Parking in the evening was quite hard to find as there are no designated areas reserved but apart from that was great.

My cousins and I had a fab two night stay in George’s flat, and we could have felt more comfortable and relaxed. The location is perfect and the flat is so lovely, a real home from home feel. Everything you could want and need is on hand. George’s communication was on point too. We will be looking stay again next year 😊
