This is one of our favorite vacation spots! The perfect family getaway location; close enough to do everything in New Braunfels and San Antonio, but far enough away to enjoy the Texas Hill Country without all the hustle and bustle around you! Already looking forward to our next stay!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The Airbnb was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — even better than the photos. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed, but still peaceful and relaxing. Truly a five-star experience — we’d love to come back again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay, plenty of great amenities. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch listening to the rain the first night we were there, and we loved all of the outdoor spaces! Beautiful property!

Again we had a pleased stay. This was the second time we stayed an Ashley’s and Burnetts House. It is the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing and recharging vacation. Everything you need is there, house is clean, lot of space but the highlight is the patio and pool area. The only fly in the ointment is, that there is no shade at the pool area. Burnett and Ashley are always reachable. They made the whole stay as easy as possible. Thanks again, will be back some day

Richard was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and accommodating in every way. The home was perfect for our family, with a spacious open floor plan that made it easy and comfortable to move around. We especially loved the game room and the pool—both were big hits with everyone. The location strikes a great balance: close enough to the city to enjoy all it has to offer, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that’s perfect for relaxing. Overall great stay. Super cute and well appointed / decorated. Great for couples on romantic getaways or smaller groups. Very close to the river which was a great surprise. There are apothecary / spa items there, but recommend bringing your own to really enjoy the tubs. There is a home immediately behind that it shares a wall with, otherwise fairly secluded and private.

This house was absolutely perfect and so cute. Very quiet neighborhood but still very close to Float In and downtown. We LOVED our stay and will be going again!

Came for a weekend trip and the property was perfect. I came with 3 other girls and we had such a great stay at Jacob’s. It was just like the pictures; very cozy and open. The beds were very comfortable! One thing I would say is that there are no curtains to the windows in the bedrooms so if you like to sleep in, I would suggest bringing a sleeping mask because it does get bright! Other than that it was lovely and Jacob and his team always reached out if we needed anything or had any questions to reach out to them and they’d be happy to assist. Would definitely recommend!!

My family and I had a great time at this lovely home. We enjoyed the game room as well as the pool and hot tub. We will definitely come back for future family trips!

I stayed here for a week while attending a professional training at Texas State, and had no issues. Terrell and her family are incredibly kind and welcoming. The area is quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this listing to anyone considering staying here!

A tiny cottage with a luxurious feel. the kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable and the a/c units worked well.

Great place to stay! We visited for my mother-in-law's birthday weekend. It was three adults and a mid-size dog. We all had the best time. I had been looking for a pool and fenced yard. We got both! Although it wasn't a normal size pool which is shown in the pictures listed, we thoroughly enjoyed it! It fit all three of us comfortably so we could relax and chat while enjoying the scenery and the quiet space. The views and the area is just what was listed and expected. We all couldn't get over how peaceful and quiet it had been. Inside the home was absolutely comfortable and cozy. We gave my mother-in-law the larger room, but my husband and I still enjoyed the twin beds and personal bathroom. We are so thankful we were able to book as I've noticed this place is booked for quite some time this summer. Thank you Susan for being so accommodating with all of my questions and allowing us to stay!

Natosha’s place was private, excellent, beautiful and very close to the river for floating. We had a family vacation with 8 adults and 8 kids everyone had comfortable beds with plenty of bathrooms. There were 2 bunk rooms along with a play and movie room they all enjoyed. The pool and patio were a life saver everyone enjoyed the evenings swimming and cooking out. Natosha was very responsive and helpful with all concerns. We will definitely be staying again.

We will 10000% be booking this place again for our next family trip to New Braunfels. The house had everything we needed, including items for our toddler. We were so comfortable in the house! The house is also adorable! We had a great time grilling, playing the record player, and chilling in the cowboy pool. It was so easy to get to places like Gruene and Schlitterbahn. We loved our stay - thank you!

Cute home with plenty of living and dining area, and back porch area. Seemed to have thought of everything! The kitchen was very organized. House was easy to navigate with great instructions and labeled switches! Very pleasant accommodations! The laundry room was great with outdoor games, laundry and ironing supplies, and extras like a hotel has if you forgot anything! Love the game assortment and came home and ordered Tri-ominoes which we had never played. Son enjoyed the Bluetooth record player!

This is a great space in the perfect location! You can access the river using the bridge across the street, float for about an hour, and exit via the private stairs at this facility. The condo is spacious and clean. The washer, dryer, kitchen, and balconies make this an unbeatable rental option. In addition, the pool has a shallow area that is ideal for soaking in the sunshine or entertaining kiddos, and the hot tub is an added bonus if the pool and river are too cold. The host responds quickly. Parking is covered (for one vehicle). We would book again!

Loved the house, the location or surroundings are are not great. However we felt safe

Jennfier was a super host. She was very responsive to any questions we had in advance of our arrival and checked on us once we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and that we found things. The house was just what we expected based on the description and pictures and was very nicely appointed and comfortable. It was like being at home. The location on the Guadalupe River was perfect and allowed us to enjoy some time out at the river since it had such easy access. We couldn't have booked a more perfect place our weekend in New Braunfels.

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of space for a small group of people. Easy to get to in a quiet family neighborhood. Our hosts were very helpful and responsive. The place was clean and felt like home. Highly recommended!
