My apartment is located in the upper old town of the Renaissance city of Neuburg on the Danube and thus in the best residential area of the city. The Upper Old Town is like a beautiful Renaissance village on a hill above the Lower Old Town. The apartment is located in the completely renovated Bortenmacherhaus (17th century) with original beams, wooden floor with underfloor heating, a great bathroom with shower, tub and glass ceiling, a gallery, a small balcony and historic vending machines.

In the middle of the beautiful Monheimer Alp with its unique flora and fauna in the Altmühl Valley Nature Park, our completely renovated small farm is located in the outskirts of the Nadler village of Rögling. Hiking, cycling, canoeing on the Altmühl and motorcycle tours are possible right outside the front door. Dogs and other pets are welcome and free of charge. Free Wi-Fi, free parking.

It has 2 bedrooms, each with a workspace, a living area with cozy couch (sleeping function), a large Dining table, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. In the adjacent large orchard there is a party hut with a campfire ring.
