It's wonderfully quiet at night. Forget about charging cable? – No problem. Rain outside? – No problem. Do you want to cycle quickly to the bakery? – No problem.

S-Bahn [suburban train] 8-min walk or 1-min bus. 15-min drive to Marienplatz.

The house is in a quiet location. In a 5-minute walk, there is a sports facility with swimming pool and sauna. Grocery stores in the immediate vicinity. The city center of Munich is about 25 minutes by car. There is a bus connection to the S-Bahn (suburban train) not far from the house. With the S 7, you can get to Munich Central Station in the city center without changing trains.
