Buonasera abbiamo soggiornato dal 23 al 26 , tronerò volentieri e consiglio a tutti questa location....pulita ..accogliente...e marco super disponibile

L'appartamento che offre Andrea è accogliente, rilassante e in una zona molto tranquilla e sicura. Andrea è molto accogliente, permette di usare camino e barbeque ed è sempre a disposizione per chiarimenti e consigli. Bellissima esperienza.

Villino corrispondente alle foto, domotico, elegante, pulitissimo, spazioso, per chi ama la tranquillità a poca distanza dal mare, il parcheggio è sia interno che esterno (stradina privata), tutto curato nei dettagli.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. Esperienza splendida! La casa di Valentino va ben oltre le aspettative. Pulita, ordinata, elegante e completa di tutto. Peccato averci passato solo una notte, torneremo sicuramente. Se volete passare dei giorni romantici di totale relax, la casa di Valentino é perfetta.

Daniela was a really great host. She was very welcoming and generous with tips. We very much enjoyed the house. it had everything we hoped for, and it was super close to beach. We stayed here for the last 2 days of our Italy trip; highly recommend if you want to enjoy beach and be close enough to airport to drive there on your departure day

Appartamentino molto accogliente, pulito, con tutti i confort, si trova in un punto stategico x Zoomarine, Cinecittà Word. Adatto ad una famiglia con 1 bambino unica pecca, se così vogliamo dire, le zanzare.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

Matteo was de perfecte host. Reageerde altijd en hielp als ik vragen had. Probeert mee te denken in oplossingen en is altijd responsief!

Logement très agréable, tout est à disposition ! Idéal si vous venez avec un chien, une douche extérieure nous a permis de rincer le sable de la plage qui se trouve à deux pas du logement ! De la place pour se garer si vous venez avec votre voiture ! Hôte très agréable et surtout très réactif ! Si l’occasion se représente nous reviendront ! Merci encore ☺️

Lorenzo and Sara быстро отвечали на сообщения и во всем нам помогали. Само жилье расположено вдали от Римской суеты, подходит для семейного отдыха и путешествий по округе. Территория облагорожена, есть развлечение для детей, футбол, мангал, беседка. Комнаты были в полуподвальном помещении с отдельным входом и окнами. Нас все устроило, были хорошие комнаты, устроено по-домашнему. спасибо за гостеприимство!

Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet. Das Bett ist wirklich komfortabel mit super Kissen (habe Rückenprobleme, daher diese besondere Hervorhebung). Der Garten ist herrlich zum Entspannen und das Meer ganz nah. Wir haben super Empfehlungen für die Umgebung von Christina bekommen und ihre Einführung in die technischen Einrichtungen der Wohnung war perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Posto incantevole, ideale per chi vuole staccare la spina dal tran tran quotidiano. Incastonato tra vigneti, con tramonti incantevoli che si riflettono sulle distese della campagna circostante L'appartamento è un gioiello, ampio, con un bagno da sogno, arredato con gusto. Ampio giardino e veranda sulla quale ho potuto invitare amici per godere dei piaceri del barbeque. Host accogliente, al punto che mi sono sentito subito a casa.

Had such a wonderful stay! The pool was private and so nice- extremely clean and the perfect temperature. The yard was also full of gorgeous flowers and fruit trees. The house was super secure, and we felt very safe. There were quite a few restaurants and a grocery store that you could easily walk to. We also easily walked to the ruins, which were amazing to take in. The house had air conditioning and a super modern bathroom. We had more than enough space for our family of four. The host was very easy to communicate with, gave good recommendations, and check in was easy. Overall, a wonderful stay, would come back if we are ever in the area.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in cui ci siamo sentiti come a casa. L’alloggio, situato in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale, è dotato di tutti i comfort. Roberto è un ottimo Host, disponibilissimo e simpatico. Se dovessi ricapitare in zona tornerei sicuramente ad alloggiarci!
