Holiday rentals with a patio in Nederland

Great stay only 40min away from Rocky Mountain National Park.

The place was perfect for us! Our host had very helpful instructions and notes. Everything was just like the listing. Definitely recommend checking out this home if you’re looking for a sweet and safe spot in Colorado!

This place was a fantastic find that met all of our needs for the week. The walk-up basement was furnished just as described and shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the huge bathroom was really nice. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard space was wonderful for our little chihuahua! I highly recommend this place!!

Jessica was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and during our stay. Would definitely recommend her as a host and her beautiful Arvada home.

Michael’s place is beautiful and comfortable. Also very quiet despite being in an apartment building. The inside stands out, but it’s the amazing view of Dillon reservoir that takes the cake. I would definitely be back and would also recommend.

Christopher was an excellent host and gave great recommendations when needed! The place is extremely spacious and nice. The hot tub was relaxing after traveling for a few days. The bed is also extremely comfortable!

Highly recommend! Perfect for me whilemu floors were getting refinished. So functional and cute and cozy! You can tell Mish has put ao much effort and thought into the little details. And the whole place was very private and peaceful! Lived it, thank you Mish!

The view is what makes this place special! We had a very nice time, sitting on the balcony, watching the boats and taking walks along the shore of Lake Dillon. Great location, close to Silverthorne, Frisco, Keystone.

This was a beautiful house that we enjoyed for a small family get-together. The setting was peaceful in the woods of Bailey, the house was full of light and had all of the amenities one would need from kitchen utensils, to laundry and nice linens. The place was sparkling clean and had plenty of bathrooms which is always a big plus. Plenty of hikes are nearby. You do have a drive about 45 minutes if you want to eat out in Evergreen. Kathryn and James were super friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here!

House was beautiful and everything was as described. Enjoyed sitting on the back deck and listening to the tranquil stream behind the house. Complimentary wine and snacks were a nice touch. We had a large family group with small children and the Hosts were very accommodating by providing high chair, pack-n-play, and gate. We encountered a couple of issues with the appliances and the Hosts were extremely responsive to address and resolve them. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant mountain retreat

Ruth’s cabin is absolutely perfect! It’s close to downtown Ned (15 min walk, there is a bit of an uphill) and has amazing views of the mountains and reservoir. The amenities were amazing with a hot tub and sauna. Ruth was extremely communicative and check-in/out was easy and flexible. Highly recommend staying here, well definitely be back!

Such a great place with amazing hosts! Always checked in asked if we needed anything and have a whole link that they send you that shows everything you could wonder including instructions for a bunch of other things! Also has a list of all the activities and places to eat around in the link as well! Check in was super easy. The hot tub had a great view! The only thing is hopefully you don’t mind hearing loud music late at night, one the the neighbors were blasting extremely loud country and older rock music both nights we stayed from like 8:45-11:00 ish. We did not mind as we sat in the hottub! Overall, GREAT place!

Our group of 6 had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home in Nederland. Pieter and Charlotte thought of everything you could need - the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and basic supplies, bedrooms had plenty of clean sheets and pillows, and bathrooms were spotless. The multiple levels in the home make it easy for everyone to have their own space. That view from the "Crow's Nest" is unmatched! The outside space and surrounding areas are gorgeous too - plenty of space to lounge and chat over the firepit, or lots of trails to walk nearby (we saw a moose!). Proximity to Nederland town was nice. Can't say enough about our stay - thank you, Pieter and Charlotte!

This house was great. It was exactly as described and was very well appointed. One of the bathrooms was under construction but the host allowed us to use additional space which more than offset the issue. The host was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. The location is a bit remote but that is what we were looking for. It was easy access to Central City and Black Hawk and also easy to get to from Denver. We were very happy and would definitely recommend.

Great place close to town and walking distance to dinner, groceries, coffee, and more! Loved staying here and would definitely come back!

Close to trails, restaurants, shops, and anything you would want to do in Boulder, this jewel was comfortable, spacious, and exactly as described. It offers a calm and restful place to stay with a reserved parking space. Exceptionally clean and crisp interior--lovely remodel. Stairs to second floor are steep but were no problem for us. Would stay here the next time we visit and will recommend to others.

We had a great stay in Winter Park. We traveled up for a wedding and everything was perfect. The hot tub and pool were a great bonus too. We would love to come up and stay again.

We stayed for one night on long roadtrip from LA to Denver and felt immediately at home! Great location, the place is very easy to find, safe, clean, the view from the terrace and windows is beautiful. Annie is a wonderful host, she had great recommendations for us and her place had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful time staying at Maria’s place. We enjoyed the space both indoors and out. We even saw a bobcat while hanging outside! Would definitely recommend staying here! It is right next to several other townhouse/condo style places, but although we saw others it did not take away from the beauty and serene feel!

This apartment FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. The unit was beautiful, clean, and quiet and it had everything that I needed. You can tell that they thought about what you may need to have a comfortable stay. There was a fan, extra bedding, a blow dryer, and coffee fixings - just the little things that make a huge difference in a stay. The little backyard patio area was gorgeous and so relaxing. Nataliya was very communicative and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Kelly’s condo. Everything is exactly as pictures, we great amenities!

Benjamin is a friendly, responsive, and accommodating host. The condo is in a great location.

My partner and I stayed here for a weekend of skiing in Loveland. It was such a perfect home base for winter activities! Leaving the mountain at the end of the day and returning to Kristin’s condo with its spectacular views was the perfect end to our mountain days. My single only complaint was that I had to get a bit of a running start to get into the bed as I’m 5’1” and it felt a bit like scaling castle walls during the Norman Conquest, but that’s just short people problems for ya. Views are bar none, and the place is so cute and cozy. The interior is gorgeous, and looks as though it’s straight from a Restoration Hardware catalogue. Big kitchen as well! Would stay here again in a heartbeat, pole vault into the bed and all. Next time, I’ll bring my skates for some chilly twirling on frozen Lake Dillon. Fantastic host, and the goodie bag was such a nice touch! You can tell Kristin really cares. 12/10 experience.
