Monthly Rentals in Near North Side, Chicago

We loved staying in this building and area. Don’t sleep on the amenities - the skydeck and lounge are really nice. Easy parking nearby w spothero. If you’re up for walking, it’s doable to walk to The Chicago Theatre or downtown. Good communication w hosts via the Kasa link they send you.

Truly a five star experience. The nicest furnished Airbnb we have stayed in and we have over 30 rentals for comparison. The only thing that keeps it from being the nicest overall is we have stayed at places that had spectacular views and this was mostly rooftops. Service at the Walton was top notch.

Matthew is a great host , always present and willing to help, his place is cozy and very well maintained, great location and conveniently located near old town and downtown, close to the water and major shopping areas. Amazing short stay!

This place was immaculately clean and extremely spacious! We loved our stay here and the location was fantastic! Check-in and access to the room was very smooth after you download the Sonder app and verify your identity (this only took 5-10 mins and you can do it very soon after you book). The price tag for May 30th-June 1st was $1330 for two nights so the value wasn’t great. But it seemed to be more of a downtown Chicago problem since all bookings of this quality were charging this price for this particular weekend.
